Working with Vasile was wonderful! The entire process from quote to payment was seamless. One worker laid laminate in two rooms in 8 hours and it's absolutely beautiful. He was affordable and included both the flooring and service. He pulled up my carpet and old laminate too and took it to the dump. I couldn't be happier.

His guys were punctual and professional. They worked for 4 hours straight to get the job done! They were able to match the boards almost perfectly and they vacuumed up all the dust from the sawing and sanding. I was very impressed with their work and their efficiency! I would give this company an A+ rating!!!

We're very satisfied with the job that Vasile and his crew did on our floors. They completed the job in two days, working late each day till about 6pm to complete sanding on the first day and complete the finish on the second day. By 8pm on the second day we were back in the house. The floors look great and they did a fantastic job on cleanup. Would hire again.

It was a lot of work involving 3 people. I was home during the whole process, and wasn't prepared for the amount of mess, which couldn't be helped. This is a vintage condo with the original floors. Mr. Vasile Corlaciu would come and check on the work, and talked me through the whole process. I supplied my own wood, which I had previously purchased before choosing this company to do the installation. It would have been better to let them do everything. When I contacted Mr. Corlaciu on the phone he gave an estimate, and came out right away. The work was started immediately and he worked with my schedule. I plan to have them do my kitchen next. The workers were personable, so I felt comfortable with them in my home.

We were very pleased with Vasile and his team. The floors look great. We went with a dark walnut finish for our ±1,450 SF house.

Vasile provided an estimate very quickly. Communication from beginning to end was great. The 2 man crew worked nonstop to finish the project in 2 days. The attention to detail was incredible. Shortly before the crew finished the project, Vasile made sure to contact me to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Vasile and his team!

Excellent. The best part were his professionalism and quality (his workers also had a good attitude). Zero stress of timeliness of completion and he was easy to deal with. The price he quoted was average of the market, but in the end proved to a great value for money having seen the excellent job he did (I once hired a less expensive contractor a few years ago and regretted it). He also made some free suggestions to make some inexpensive upgrades. I will hire him again anytime and will highly recommend him. I want to share that I almost had to cancel at the last minute for a seemingly unforeseen issue at my end, and asked him just two days before the start date, to postpone the job by a month. He agreed to do so (I had paid him half the estimated amount as deposit by then, but even so many contractors are not that flexible).

The work went very well. Vasile was good to work with and his people were courteous and efficient. Vasile even worked with me when the power company turned off power because I forgot to switch it to my name. He did everythin on schedule or even ahead. The floors look great today and I get many compliments.

A tenant moved out leaving deep scratches in the hardwood flooring. I needed someone to come on very short notice to do the repairs before the new people moved in. Vasile's was able to come on very short notice, on a Saturday. The workmen showed up on time, they were very polite and professional. The work was done quickly, cleaned up very nicely and, most importantly, the floors look terrific! The price was quite fair. I would definitely use Vasile's again and would highly recommend them.

It could have been better. The total cost was around $2000. They could have been more responsive and removed the carpets as they had told me. They could have come when they said they were going to come.

My experience with Vasile's Flooring was great. I called Vasile when, after two weeks of waiting, another company dumped me for a bigger job. He appraised the job the day after I called, and the work was completed two days later. The price was very competitive. The floor looks gorgeous! Vasile was a true professional from start to finish - he was very knowledgeable about floors, easy to communicate with, and showed up on time. His guys are experts in what they do. He even helped me correct a little area with imperfections in the wood at no extra charge. My dealings with other contractors have seldom been so smooth. I recommend him without reservation.

It went smooth in every way. Punctuality, professionalism, speed of work and in every way. Details were taken care of very well. Quality of end product was always the main concern for Vasile. He would never compromise that at any cost. Money dealing was fair, neither was it inexpensive, nor expensive. Vasile's crew was equally professionalism and took care in handling all the work. They worked happily. Vasile's services were exceptional. And he is a warm hearted person to deal with as well.. I wish him good luck..

Due to an abrupt cancellation by another flooring company, I was in a time crunch to complete this work in preparation for putting my home on the market for sale. Late on a Friday, I spoke with Vasile directly and explained the situation. I also informed him that I did not have any other window to complete the work that had to be done by the following Tuesday. It was a minimum of a two day job given the sanding that had to be done on the existing floors. Although there was a bit of a premium on the price given the short notice, Vasile came through. He and his team were on time and ready to go first thing on Monday morning. They completed the entire floor and stain refinish by mid afternoon on Tuesday. The team was very courteous and professional. They knew what they were doing and didn't cut corners given the tight timeframe. The work was thorough and, and we were very pleased with the quality. In addition, there was some slight damage to wood blinds on one of our doors. This was simply a mistake given the equipment used for the sanding. It was not an issue, however. Vasile covered the costs for the damage in a very professional way. He is a good businessman who went out of his way to rearrange client appointments to meet my tight timframe. Very pleased with results.

Work waster formed in a workmanlike manner, on time and at the pre agreed price. This is the second time I have used this vendor: I was pleased withe first job he did so I gave him a shot at this. I am happy I with this job, too.

I have to say the outcome of our floors look amazing! The color and finish are great and the pricing was fair. My only issue and reason why I can't give Vasile and overall A grade is because of the unprofessionalism of his team after each day's work. They would leave all the lights on in every room every single day. They also left all their garbage lying around as well as in our backyard and didn't clean up after themselves each day. When they told us they had finished, all the doors that were unhinged were not put back in place and all our white walls had floor stains all over them (even if we are planning to repaint the walls, they were not in our plans to do them so early until now). Our front door is now broken from the team trying to close the door when it was pryed open. Lastly, one of our sockets was completey unhinged out of the sucket and not put back in place. I was initially in shock, upset, and in tears just seeing the mess and damages and called Vasile. He was very helpful and assured me the team will come back to fix all the issues. They did come back and fixed most the issues (still have doors with splattered stains from the floor staining and front door) so I did appreciate that.. but it wasn't something I expected to have to deal with. Overall, I am very happy with the floors and the quality does look great. Just was unfortunate that there were other issues with the team.

Overall I was very happy with the service. The workers were friendly and professional. There was a slight language barrier but we worked through it. I would recommend anyone looking for hardwood floor refinishing to contact Vasile.

The first day they were scheduled to come, the crew had vehicle issues. They came out the following Tuesday & completed the work in a day. The following day, I called the owner on a couple of minor issues and he came out right away and fixed them. Overall, the company was very responsive & did a good job.

Do not use this provider, he is the worst type of business owner. First, they come over, and without measuring, determine that the rooms exceed the 400 square feet we had paid for. I had measured them and insisted they were. However, rather than argue, and since I had a fourth room that I wanted done, I asked what it would cost to do all four rooms. Rather than give me an immediate quote, he instead asked where I would be staying that night. I told him I planned to stay at the house. He said the oil based finish fumes would be too much, and we would be required to stay at a hotel. I told him that was not an option. He then said we could use a water based finish, but it would be a little more. I asked how much for the extra square footage, and the water based finish. He indicated it would be $375. I agreed to this price. Fast forward a couple of hours. The owner tells me he has to go to another job, and would like to be paid. I, reluctantly, paid the $375. I also, left the house at this point to run some errands. When I returned, the workers were gone, and the fourth room had not been touched. I called him, and he never called me back. The up sell is something I am used to with Angie's List deals. However, upon further review of his voucher it says, "Refinishing includes two coats of oil or water-based finish". As such, the $375 was a HUGE amount to pay for such a small room, and I should not have been charged extra for the water based finish. Further, he has refused to contact me, which has forced me to challenge the charge with my card issuer. True to form, he has lied and claimed the work was done. He lies; do not use him!
