Description of Work: The lady that handles the reservations needs some training on how to treat customers. The mover were nice and efficient. Way too expensive for the services provided.

Description of Work: Thiscompany is great. The movers were very good, worked extremely hard the whole time, and were gentle with our things. The biggest standout us their respect for our family and our home. I am so glad I chose them.

Description of Work: A team of four guys from USA helped me move down the street. It wasn't a particularly difficult move and they were done very quickly. The team were great and everything arrived in my new apartment in perfect condition. This is the second time I've used USA Moving & Storage and I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Jerry, the owner, answered all of my questions about the logistics of the move and how to pack various items. He made a big effort to put my mind at ease about my upcoming move. Description of Work: Incredible experience. I've move 5 times with professional movers in the past 7 years and these guys were by far the most impressive. They worked fast, very fast. I had 5 guys @ $148/hr move a 2,800 sq foot 4-bedroom home to the same size 20 min away. They moved everything, including taking apart (and putting back together) 4 beds,moving a piano an a large weight machine, in 5.25 hours. Not a single scratch on anything. Everything was blanketed and taped. I swear they get commission on the tape they used so much, but who cares if all of my stuff arrived in perfect condition. I have already referred them and will continue to. Great company.
