Excellent! 4 guys moved my furniture & piano carefully & efficiently. One of the guys even tightened the legs on my piano. Everything that could be scratched or damaged was wrapped carefully in blankets & tape. They set up my tv & beds. I would definitely hire them again!

The company was very responsive and patient about the stress of moving. Although I did have some breakage, overall the delivery was very professional and all commitments were honored. You have to understand that interstate moves are not like a local move. You have to be patient with scheduling as the move is consolidated unless you are willing to pay for a dedicated truck and driver and/or you need the full capacity. Plan on at least 14 days before your goods are delivered. I do recommend you carefully checking all boxes to be sure you do not have any damage.

It went flawlessly. They showed up on time with a full crew of four. They were courteous and very polite to my Aunt who had memory issues. They moved quickly and effectively which reduced my total payout. I would not hesitate to recommend them and to use them for future moves.

The moving team was excellent. Arrived on time, worked hard and quickly, listened to and respected requests, provided informed answers, were very conscientious with delicate furniture and walls of the house. The office was well informed and the quotes were accurate. There was no damage from storage. All items were delivered.

In terms of the front office staff, I preferred speaking with Ulysses who was very helpful before and after booking my move. I found the other person in the office not as friendly or helpful. I received 10 free small boxes for being an Angie's List customer. The boxes were not as sturdy as the ones I bought at Home Depot and had green stars all over them so labeling the boxes was a bit of a challenge. The team of four assigned to my move could not have been nicer or more conscientious. The move took longer than anticipated but I felt they were working hard the whole time. I ended up tipping each person $100. My move cost over $2000 when you add in the tip. What surprised me is that a blanket fee accounted for 33% of the moving cost. Half of that cost will be refunded when I move my items out of storage (using USA Moving of course); however, over $600 for blankets was something totally unexpected in this move. The other thing that I did not expect was the 3% fee tacked onto my moving expense because I used a card. They would not accept my check. I believe all quotes should explicitly mention the card fee as it can be significant. Long story short, I would use USA Moving again if I can work with Ulysses in the front office and have the team led by Jose Mora.

My townhome complex does not allow for a POD type storage unit, and I don't have a basement. So little choice but to store. They were great, office staff polite and very helpful. Movers wrapped and unwrapped everything really carefully, and worked quickly. Made sure things were how I wanted them upon return. Office staff extremely nice, explained everything clearly, helped get me scheduled in quickly for both move in and out.

Move went well. Movers were hard working and courteous. I would use them again

USA Moving was fantastic! They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived within the designated window of time. The crew of four movers were efficient and careful--they expertly moved our things down our three story walk up and into a second floor apartment. They carefully wrapped anything that was fragile or needed protection, and nothing was broken during the move. The entire move took about four hours--the least exhausting and traumatic move I've done! I highly recommend USA Moving!

If I could give a grade higher than "A" I would. Professional. Hard working, Friendly. And priced very fairly. Definitely would use them again.

They were able to move us in record time, not breaking anything or taking any breaks and did an amazing job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

The movers were so fast, efficient and carefull with my stuff. They showed up on time and never once complained about all the stairs. They even help me put my bed and hutch together before leaving.

They arrived both days on time. I had 5 packers on day one and 6 with two trucks on day two. They were professional. Handled my furniture well. Did no damage to either home. They worked hard. My only disappointment was on the amount of packing supplies that were used and the cost of them. My suggestion is to either pack yourself or buy packing supplies ahead if that is allowed. Overall would use them again. The crew on both days were mostly the same and very kind and very strong. Handled the heaviest pieces with no issues.

Extremely well. The movers were extremely positive and helpful. The foreman was great - assessed the need for additional help and got more people over. Worked 2 long days. They cheerfully moved furniture up and down stairs, including moving it from one room to another when we tried to figure out where we wanted things.

The team, lead by Jose, was punctual and professional. They took great care to protect the furniture. This is my fourth time working with them and I would hire them again.

My move went great - the movers were on time, worked quickly, and were very careful with my things. They definitely aren't inexpensive, but they did a very nice job and were worth the price.

They arrived both times when they said they would. They were efficient and did not waste time. I was very satisfied with the care they took wrapping and protecting my property before moving it to the truck. All the workers were friendly and polite. I would use again although it was a bit pricier than I thought it would be but I did not realize how many blankets, rolls of tape, and rolls of plastic wrap they needed to properly protect my possessions.

This team made move day really simple and fast. They were friendly, and professional and we'd definitely use them again.

Great, I would hire them again. Miguel the team leader was awesome. Packed the day before for 3 hours, moved the following day, took 5.5 hours in total on the second day. Nothing broke, no missing items, they were receptive to communication throughout the process. I would recommend.

Terrible. My furniture and books were moldy. Much damage to furniture - even when shrink wrapped. Much breakage and I had packed carefully. I think they crammed and stacked my items so densely into the storage facility and that is where the damage came from. They want to offer me $30.00 for scratches on a dining room table that will cost me $1,200.00 to repair. Obviously, with mold on items I paid in vain for temperature control. His comments to me were it was a big move - but isn't that what they do and what I paid for? Stay clear of them - Use Cardinal Movers instead - now they are professional.

The guys were very thorough and careful wrapping up my items in moving blankets and plastic wrap. Upon return, they unwrapped and placed felt pads on all items. Also, they were very speedy.
