USA Moving and Storage is great. This was our second time using them and they would be the ones we call for our next move. Furniture was wrapped to protect and there was absolutely no damage to any items. 4 guys costs $200 per hour + $250 truck fee...well worth it. Highly recommended. $1,340 for 5-1/2 hour move

I was the last scheduled job of the day, so the only reason for the 4-Star rating for punctuality was that jobs prior to mine ran over. Otherwise, the team that packed and moved my furniture took exactly 60 min between locking the doors on my old place and driving away from my new place. 10/10 would hire them again and have already recommended them to friends.

My experience USA Moving and Storage was excellent from start to finish. Their customer service in the office from Ilanit and Ulysses was professional, nice, and solutions-oriented when I ran into an issue to needed help with on the timing of my move. They also advised me of the value of how they provide 4 movers instead of 3 like the competition, and they were right! 4 movers can get much more done in a smaller amount of time than 3. The movers were on-time, and the most hard-working, focused men I've seen. They barely even spoke to one another they were so focused on getting the job done. They protected every piece of furniture perfectly, left absolutely no damage to my floor, walls, or building's elevator. They had no issue taking furniture items down the stairs that didn't fit in the elevator. They also provide 10 free boxes for packing up which was a big help. I have another move coming up in a year and will definitely hire them again! Highly recommend!

The whole process was very well handled. They took care of permits, called a couple of times before the move date just to make sure everything was on track for the day and called day of with a 45 min notice before arrival. Movers did an excellent job of wrapping furniture and unwrapping at the destination. Would definitely recommend.

Everything went very smoothly - they were even a couple hours ahead of schedule overall!

Excellent job, efficient, no damage

I am so happy I decided to hire USA Moving & Storage for my move. My last move was not the best experience, so I was a little apprehensive. I was impressed with the company's communication leading up to my move, they were very upfront with pricing and stayed in touch to make sure everything would go perfectly on move day. They sent a four-man crew, and all of them were quick, professional, helpful, and friendly. Our belongings were safely stored for two nights before moving into our new apartment. I had struggled to find a company that would store our belongings for more than one night, so this was a huge plus. I would absolutely hire them again for any future moves, everything went so smoothly!

We have used USA Moving and Storage three times now for moving. They have always been incredibly efficient, careful with our possessions, and very nice. For our last move, we were quite disorganized (our three year old made packing more difficult than we anticipated), and the movers were all very understanding and kind. They were careful to disassemble and reassemble our furniture (including our daughter's toddler bed) exactly as before. They even set up our living room furniture in a way we hadn't thought of and will keep because it looks so nice. Hopefully we won't be moving again any time soon, but if we do, we will absolutely use USA for the fourth time.

The movers were prompt, professional, got right to work and didn't pause until everything was unloaded at our new home. They packed and handled everything with care, and took down and set up bed frames, cribs, and other large furniture items. We are very pleased.

Both the move to storage and the move back went great. I was kept up to date on arrival timing and they showed up when they were expected. They worked really fast, but also took great care in wrapping everything up that wasn't boxed up. All workers were professional and courteous. They came recommended from a friend and I would definitely pass along the recommendation to anyone looking for movers.

USA Moving was great. Gadi and his team went above and beyond. They were courteous, prompt and on budget vs the quote provided. No surprises. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The pricing was based on time and the movers were extremely efficient. They carefully wrapped all the furniture in each house and delivered it in a timely manner to the new home. The move involved 3 stops. They were very easy to work with and very communicative. The price was very reasonable. One of the homes we were moving furniture out from was a 3rd floor walkup.

Went well. The movers showed up in the early part of my time window and got the whole job done in about 3 hours. They were very professional.

Excellent! I can't imagine one thing that USA Moving and Storage could possibly improve upon. We contacted USA for an emergency move that I needed to immediately coordinate from my home in Cleveland for my daughter in Lincoln Park after she had a very heavy pipe fall through her apartment ceiling one evening. We were able to get her to a safe place for the night but by the next morning when she returned to the apartment to retrieve some belongings, another large ceiling piece had come down and the apartment was beginning to fill up with water. The landlord was doing nothing to remedy the situation or for her personally, and we needed to act quickly. Thankfully I was referred to USA and after just a few minutes on the phone with their lovely representative, I was assured that help was on the way. I can’t even describe the relief I felt, knowing that capable professionals were able to efficiently pack and move all of my daughter’s possessions into a secure location until we were able to sign a lease on another home. The workers arrived with all necessary materials within the time frame specified, and were capable, quick, and kind, and carefully packed each of my daughter’s items as if they were working in their own homes. To further complicate matters, the steep and narrow stairwell of the apartment building was being painted at the time, and my daughter and her boyfriend ended up with paint on their clothing from their trips in and out moving personal items…yet all of her furniture and all of the items that USA moved arrived at the new apartment in excellent condition and without even one drop of paint! Follow up calls throughout the process with other representatives to confirm and coordinate the move were equally professional and reassuring. Despite the emergency nature of the move, there was no uncharge or additional fee added, and a price increase that was scheduled to take effect between the two moves was clearly communicated. I am deeply appreciative of their assistance. USA provided not just the service we so desperately required, but the dedication to customer service that was exactly what this Mom - feeling helpless over 300 miles and 6 hours away - needed to set her mind at ease. This was a highly stressful time for our family, complicated by accompanying emotions because had our daughter been sitting at her desk when the pipe fell, she likely would not have survived the experience. I cannot possibly thank USA enough for the considerate manner in which our case was handled. This company should be quite proud of their commitment to excellent service, particularly during a time when it seems like most companies have gone in the opposite direction.

We hired USA Moving to pack all of our items and move to another condo. The company is extremely communicative, worked to get no parking signs put up in front of each place and did a great job with getting everything packed and moved. We had a 2-bedroom condo and it took the 4 guys ~5 hours to get the items packed on Friday and then ~5-6 hours to move the items in to the truck and unload to our new place.

We have used USA Moving company the past three times to move from houses/apartments. Each time we are amazed at how quickly our move is, as well as the amount of care put into wrapping everything and making sure nothing is damaged. We have had Daniel and his team move us twice now and they do an excellent job. I recommend this company to anyone looking to have an easy move.

This was the easiest move ever — the crew is incredibly professional and experienced. They fit us in the schedule on short notice and they were on time, finished the job quickly and perfectly. All for a reasonable price. They took extra care with a lot of items that needed special packing. I can’t recommend them highly enough just totally thrilled with the service

Everything was perfect. Because of nationwide circumstances I had to move my date up and USA Movers responded with no problem. The guys showed up and took care of everything I needed and offered great suggestions. They worked fast and made this move so stress free for me. My sister had used USA Movers recently and was very pleased so we reserved our move from a home to a condo. 4 men were assigned to our move, we had a narrow stairway in the house and two bulky chests were carried down without a scratch. They were diligent to wrap all wood furniture and cover all glass items. They dismantled and reassembled with perfection. It was a 6 hour move from start to finish. They placed furniture where we wanted it and put new pads on all the furniture bottoms so our new floors wouldn’t get scratched.

Santiago and his crew were amazing! I had a complicated moving with moving furniture & a piano from my Aunt's house to 7 other homes and storage units. They came in and we first went thru the list of places and then they went around putting post it notes to every item. Then the crew was ready to go with putting plastics and blankets. They showed me a couple of pieces that were damaged before they wrapped it so there were no blame. They did it in a hour too! Then we went from place to place and removed items based on the number in the furniture. There was a last minute change in the homes to visit and they were quick to adapt. I even had them turn into the alley in Chicago on stop #5 and can't believe they were able to make the turn. They were so professional and accommodating to what I needed them to do! I would use them again for future moves. We finished in 5.45 hours which 3 of those hours were driving in Chicago traffic while it rained. Thanks so much Santiago and your crew! I was worried that you weren't able to do this or have a damage along the way, but it went better than I thought.
