Javier and his crew were remarkable. I would hire each of them immediately. They worked non stop with a positive attitude, unfailing professionalism and sensitivity to the stress a move can cause. When the queen box springs would not go up the stairs Javier simply said he would find a way, and he did. Each piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and unwrapped with care. There was no damage at all and I did not hear one bump or crash all day. We have a large amount of china and wine in a wine cooler - not one dish or bottle was broken. So, thank you, Javier and crew.

They arrived on time and completed the move within the time and cost that they had estimated. Everything was packed before they arrived. They did, however, wrap all the furniture, beds, and mirrors with blankets or cardboard that they had brought. The 5 man crew was very careful with everything they moved. Not once did I grimace when they moved an item down the stairs or out the door. You know when you're watching someone move something of yours that's valuable and they get too close to a wall or a door frame and you tense up and think "oh that's going to leave a mark?" Well that didn't happen once, not once. You would have thought that they were moving their own furniture and boxes! If we ever move again, I will definitely use USA Moving & Storage!

This went extremely well. They did come a little late but they called so at least they managed my expectations and then what I received in terms of quality services quickly erased erased any concerns. 4 guys came with a large truck and was I impressed since the start. OMG They were fast... better, these guys were running, literally. The team lead told me that they were going to work fast to save me money and oh boy, indeed they did. I was so impressed that I asked them if it was ok for me to take a movie of them doing the move with my phone. I just not couldn't help but to smile while I was seeing this crew at work. I ended up not taking the movie it and I think I should have. Never ever, and I have used professional movers 5 times in the last years, I have seen a team working this fast and then this careful. WOW. Nothing was broken, nothing and there was not even a scratch in the walls, elevators or hall in the building I was moving from. I live in an elevator building with a narrow entrance to the elevator lobby. They worked clean, they listened and exceeded my expectations. Even some stuff I had forgotten to pack - the stuff in the storage - they took care off perfectly well. Then the furniture was totally covered in heavy sheets. not a scratch in the furniture. Nothing Never I have been this impressed with the service of movers, never. While other could have done a little cheaper, I will use this guys again in a heartbeat. I got a cheap mover moving in into the apt I was vacating and I had to pay for the damages they did in the hall of the building. I just dont want to experience this again. The movers were prompt, carried all of our heavy furniture to the requested floors (3 and 4) without any issue and were extremely fast. They were able to move all of our belongings including a treadmill, several bookcases, and couches in 3 hours (it had taken our previous movers twice as long) without hitting any of our walls.

They showed up on time and were shockingly fast. They fully wrapped all furniture (using their own blankets, and tape). We did need help packing up the last random items and they did this very well. The day we moved in they were accommodating and showed up a little late AT REQUEST. They movers were very kind since we had to wait a little before we could go in the house - they even extracted some toys for our son. I've had a lot of experience with movers in my life, and these guys were excellent.

These guys were awesome and defied all the bad things you hear about moving companies. The crew was on time, professional and handled our furniture and boxes as if they were their own. They hustled / moved quickly but carefully without any damage to items, old house or new home. They came prepared for anything with extra supplies needed just in case. They were courteous and very nice. The quote we received was followed exactly. No hidden costs or concerns upon paying for the service at the end of the day. The process prior to the move was very smooth, as well. I spoke to courteous people who were knowledgeable and based on my feedback gave me a very accurate time estimate of how long the move would take. In fact, due to the hustling (in a careful manner) of the crew, we were a couple hours short of the estimated time (but only paid for the actual time). Everything was followed up with in writing by the moving company ahead of time and they called me several days to confirm the move, number of trucks, people, etc.... They really have their act together both in the back office and on the front line. The movers worked well as a team. They were really great!!!

Save your time - call another firm. I called for an estimate and offered to send them an itemized list I prepared of the items to be moved, as well as the pick-up and drop off locations, date of move, etc. The receptionist would only give me a verbal approximation of the hours needed by the number of bedrooms, plus a basic truck charge. I told her that this was a small household of a 90 year old who was going into an assisted living apartment, and that only a limited number of her things were going to be moved. She said that they wouldn't even look at the list I prepared, and that I needed to go to their website and enter all of the items from my list. I have worked with movers many times, the most recent being a cross country move from CA to IL in 2012. I have never had such a bad initial experience. If the initial phone call was this bad, I can only imagine what they would be like to deal with over damages to your things. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

The services provided by Daniel and his team were great. The team was professional, efficient, and took great care of our belongings during the move. They made sure our items were properly wrapped to ensure nothing was damaged during the move. The one and only complaint we have is that the office location was not open during its posted hours on Saturday when we went to pick up the free boxes we were supposed to get with our move. No one was at the store location nor did anyone answer the phone during this time, which was frustrating because we made a specific trip to pick up boxes. This is the second time we have used USA Moving and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend!!

USA Moving showed up on time and expediently moved my entire condo's contents 2 blocks to my new condo I bought. They did a good job with minimal breakage of things that weren't that valuable. I'd give them an A- overall. The only thing that was bad as that they are in Skokie and I live in the city. I had to drive there to pick up my free boxes that were included in the move package using the coupon I had.

Everything went well. Would recommend. Movers worked very fast but with care.

U.S.A. was great. They gave me a detailed estimate over the phone. Their price was much cheaper than anyone else I called. Their availability was great. They called the day before and a half hour before arrival. We had a somewhat complicated move because we were moving all out but only moving half back in. Daniel and his team of three others came in and understood our needs immediately. They were shockingly fast. It took them an hour and fifteen minuted to move everything out of our place, travel and move everything into storage. There organization of the storage unit was incredible. They were so careful with our stuff and wrapped everything up thoroughly. We will continue to use them for all our moving needs.

We have never used a moving service before, so I don't really have any frame of reference. But they were top-notch from start to finish. I set up the move with Ilanit, who explained how they charge and was very responsive to all of my e-mail requests. The day of the move, they arrived a little bit late but that was okay with us since we were still putting stuff in boxes. Javier and his crew moved incredibly fast - they obviously have done A LOT of moves because they have this down to almost assembly line-like precision. They accommodated any special situations we had - for instance I had bought the wrong size mattress bag at the storage place, and their reply was "we have a solution for everything" - they were right. The only time something was broken was the file drawer on my computer armoire. I told them I had been having trouble with it anyway and not to worry about it because I could fix it later, but they still took the time to make sure it was fixed before they put it on the truck. At my in-laws' house (delivery stop 1), they were able to get several big, bulky furniture pieces in the basement (through narrow and cumbersome door openings); at the storage space (delivery stop 2), they unloaded everything with accuracy and efficiency. And even in the thick of things when we thought we had lost our beloved cat, they offered to help us find her. True story - these guys move so fast that they blanket-wrapped our coffee table with Zuzu sitting on its lower shelf! She made the trip not in a cat carrier in my car, but in a coffee table on the moving truck. Moral of the story: make sure your pets (especially curious cats) are closed up in a bathroom or something while the movers are packing everything up. We'll be moving again in a few months once we find a new house, so I fully intend to use them again. I hope Javier's crew is available because they were AWESOME, but I'm sure their other crews are just as good. Thumbs up.

Use these people, they're great! First, the office people were terrific--we had wanted to move a week later, but couldn't get movers in the morning (and no one will guarantee a start time for the afternoon) and we were moving to a high-rise, so we had to have a morning pickup in order to schedule an afternoon elevator at our destination. We ended up having to schedule for the day after we called. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with all the forms we needed for the condo. They even offered to send the team out earlier to help us pact the kitchen, which we knew would be the last to get packed. The movers arrived right on time and because we weren't completely packed, they moved the stuff from the front of the house and let us continue packing in the kitchen. They worked well together, knew what they were doing, and were very fast. We should have taken them up on the offer of help with the kitchen, because they were so fast, we only got about a quarter of it done. They wrapped all the furniture, were very careful with anything marked "fragile"--in short, we loved these guys. They got to our destination before us. They unloaded the same way the loaded--quickly and professionally. No damage in the condo, and no damage to any of the furniture. Furniture that was broken down to move (like tables) was reassembled at the condo without even asking us if we wanted them to do it. They even assembled a table they haddn't disassembled. Obviously, since we moved yesterday, we haven't unpacked everything, but we started with the fragile stuff and everything is in perfect condition. Having read the reviews on Angie's list, we were prepared for the materials charges (we were told upfront that we would be charged for tape, paper, and shrinkwrap, but not how much). Even so, the move came in $400 less than we were expecting and we didn't find the materials charges excessive--but yes, they do use a LOT of tape. It also helped a little that we had a whole pack of packing paper left from our own packing.

The movers were on time. They were super fast and really helped us pack up stuff that we did not have in boxes. They did an amazing job in getting everything to fit on one truck. That definitely saved me some money. The guys were constantly moving. My biggest concern about the move was that movers would damage my large furniture. These guys were great. They did not damage anything. I'm really happy with them and I would recommend them to others.

4 guy crew showed up exactly on time, actually a little early. I had lots of art, including some very large canvases. They packed and wrapped my art, furniture, lamps, etc, in a very safe and secure way. I was impressed by the care they took in wrapping each piece. They also completed all the wrapping and moving out of my condo in about 1 hour. I had reserved my condo elevator for 4 hours. I was very impressed.

Very well done from start to finish. Estimate was over the phone, scheduling was at my convenience. Crew showed up as planned, immediately began wrapping all items in furniture blankets and then moved to truck. Crew of 4 were polite and professional. Even did some extra move for me at second home.

This is my second move with USA moving and storage. Jerry was quick to respond and provide estimate. Angies list coupon of free boxes was fantastic! Movers arrived on-time and were fast and did a great job with all of my stuff - no scratches or damage.

USA Moving was great. The guys were on time, quick and efficient. I didn't get raked over the coals with extra material costs. The move ended up costing a lot less than expected. Will definitely use them for my next move!

I was completely blown-away by how quckly, safely, and efficiently Jose Mora & crew handled the most dreaded part of buying a ne home. These guys are the real deal and helped out with our half-packed jobs, well. They wrap everything carefully. Crystal & china made it safe and sound. Do- Be prepared!!! They will go as quickly as you have things ready. Don't- Assume it's going to take a couple hours. It's amazing how much stuff even a small house accumilates.

Javier's crew was unbelievable. This was the best move out of the last 5 I have done (all with professional packers and movers). EVERYTHING was totally wrapped, nothing could get bumped or damaged. On top of that they were of course on time, and fast. They worked really well together. I asked them to assemble a new set of table and chairs, which they were very pleasant about (some movers grumble, or say that kind of thing isn't part of the agreement..). They made sure every box was placed where I could see the label, moved things at my discretion, and were considerate about how and where they arranged all those boxes. The furniture is in Great shape. I did have one casserole damaged, but frankly, the care they took to protect my antique furniture with both blankets AND specifically placed cardboard was terrific. In fact, one of them was a woodworker, and they sent me out for wood glue, and then they proceeded to repair 2 chairs and some wood parts of a cabinet, bracing them and letting them dry overnight and packing them in the morning. Wow. I can't say enough. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

No need to go into every detail. These guys, start to finish, were just great. Every interaction I had on the phone or in person was positive. They did everything they said they were going to do, efficiently and properly. Their estimate was very reasonable but they told me that if the charges were less, they would give me a refund. Having moved a few times before, and knowing how movers can and do "pad" charges, I didn't have much hope of any refund. With such a reasonable estimate in the first place, I was more concerned about having to pay more in the end. The final charges were LESS and I received a refund check in the mail within a few days. These guys are honest. Hire them.

The movers were prompt, courteous, very efficient, and very quick. I had items delivered to two different locations and they were able to accurately make the distinction. Nothing ended up in the wrong place. I was very pleased.
