Great wrap and pack moving experience! No damage! This was the second time I’ve used them, and will be hiring them a third time in another few months.

The most professional and customer-oriented movers I've ever worked with. From the free boxes to the care they took with every single item that went into the moving truck, I could not be happier with this experience. Professional all the way around, and so very reasonably priced.

From scheduling to moving out and moving in plus moving our upright piano, they did a wonderful job! They were on time, fast, professional, fairly priced; everything handled with great care. I highly recommend.

USA Moving and Storage was a fantastic choice. A close friend had recommended them as he and his wife had used them for a move from Illinois to Wisconsin. I am very happy I went with this company. The crew of 4 was very careful with my belongings and worked efficiently. I have a lot of stuff and they put everything exactly where I wanted them to put it and stacked my boxes very neatly. I was also happy with the fact that the company checked in with me twice before the move to confirm the date and time of the move and the movers showed up exactly when I was told they would show up. I would hire them again!!!

I have used USA Moving several times over the past several years, most recently while my home was being remodeled. They are professional, eager to please, hard working, careful, and diligent. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

All that was promised: big truck, 4 movers, quick and accurate. All movers were very professional and polite.

We've used USA Moving & Storage twice and this is the 2nd time they've done an outstanding job. They are the hardest working guys around, they barely even talk to each other while they're working. They arrived right on time, were nice, professional, and like I said, work horses. They packed up all of our furniture so well with their pads and had extra packing supplies if we needed to purchase some from them. The office support is also great, very communicative, nice, professional, and the 10 free boxes are very nice. Will definitely use them for a 3rd time in the future!

Great and fast service. They worked quickly and efficiently to get us out of apartment and into our new place. They were respectful, listened and got the job done.

Highly recommend. Good communication ahead of the move. On time, efficient, professional. Took great care with our belongings - wrapping/boxing things I didn't expect them to or taking apart/putting together items to make the move smoother. We actually had scaffolding on the front of our condo building and they were able to maneuver out and around that instead of using the side entrance - I was impressed. Also has simple pricing (and cost effective compared to other quotes I received).

These guys are the literal best. Showed up to a 2BR apartment and we’d basically packed nothing. 4.5 hours they’d packed ALL of it and moved it to the new place 4 miles away. They were so good at it I actually had fun watching them work.

The movers arrived on time, listened and worked efficiently in order to complete my move. This was with more than one stop.

I was very happy with USA Moving. Scheduling my move was easy, they provided detailed information about the estimated cost, they followed up multiple times to confirm the move date and were very kind and helpful when I showed up in person to get boxes more than once! The crew of 4 showed up on time, they were respectful and careful with my belongings so nothing was damaged. The entire move took 2 1/2 hours which was awesome! The weather that day was awful - snow, rain, wind and cold. The team was still so friendly and easy going despite having to work in those conditions. I would recommend them highly, without hesitation!

We could not have had a better experience. USA Moving's team was friendly, helpful, and very cautious. They were done in 3 hours, wrapped any item we missed, and made sure every piece of furniture was in the correct room. They even offered to set up furniture for us that we had to take apart. We also realized after the move that they tightened all screws that were a bit loose once we were at our destination.

They showed up timely. Worked super efficiently. Wrapped and secured the furniture to avoid any damage. I also made some last-minute adjustments, and they were very accommodating. The estimate for the moved was accurate as well. Very satisfied.

This was the second time I used their service and they far exceeded my already high expectations from the previous time. Miguel and his time were like moving ninjas. In and out quickly and efficiently. They handled everything with extreme care. I recommend USA Moving & Storage to everyone for any move job. Priced right. Communicated and followed up.

First, I must give praise to Ms. Zafrani in the main office who worked with me on getting this last minute move arranged for my college student daughter who lives downtown. We kept running into issues with timing, but Ms. Zafrani was able to work her magic and get my daughter squeezed in with us being flexible. I truly appreciate her professionalism and customer service. We had 2 moving dates along with storage in-between. On Move Out Day, Miguel and the 3 additional guys on his team were amazing! They showed up 15 minutes early ready to start! They had a great teamwork routine and we made sure to stay out of their way. They asked questions when they weren't sure on some things (this was a shared apartment). They wrapped everything up that was going into storage like they would treat their own property - very well! A week later, Miguel and the same 3 guys showed up early and ready to start again! We just stood back and let them do their thing. After they moved things in to their proper places they unwrapped everything and even offered to stay and help assemble furniture we had unassembled ourselves the previous week. Miguel and his team were super nice, very professional and they worked so well with each other! Miguel as a team leader is fantastic. Can tell he respects his team and they respect him as well. That's why they work so well together. Will absolutely use them again the next time daughter needs to change apartments on the northside of downtown.

This is my 4th time seeing USA Moving and Storage tackle a job - twice as a kid, moving the family home, and twice as an adult moving my own apartments - and each time they've been punctual, fair-priced, and careful with all good. Consummate professionals that I'll hire again and again.
