Working with USA Moving and Storage was a great experience! I called and spoke with Ilanit to schedule the move and she was very knowledgable and helpful. I also received emails to confirm the move which put my mind at ease. The crew arrived earlier than expected but they didn't start the clock until we told them we were ready. Unfortunately it was raining but they were cheerful and hardworking and they never complained. I actually had forgotten to pack up the dining room cabinet but when the guys discovered this they thoroughly and carefully packed everything up for me. Also, they finished much quicker than expected - we had figured 8-10 hours because we were moving from a fairly large house - but the entire job took only 6 1/2 hours in the rain, so it cost less than I had anticipated as well! Santiago and his crew - Salomon, Juan, Seles, and Solis were excellent. They worked extremely hard and were very careful with our belongings. I have just about unpacked all our boxes and every item is intact - nothing damaged or broken, and that has not always been the case in my previous moves with other companies. Everyone we dealt with at the company was courteous and top notch. It seems like some moving companies just hire guys per job. This was not the case with USA Moving and Storage - Ilanit told me that their crews have worked for the company for many years. It was clear to me that they are very experienced at what they do and that they work as a team. Moving is a very stressful experience, and also an emotional one, so working with a company that is truly professional makes all the difference. I am grateful to the other reviewers here at Angie's List who helped us decide to go with this company. I will join them in recommending USA Moving and Storage and I would not hesitate to use them again for our next move (though I hope it won't be for quite a while!)

Four men showed up as promised and completed the move in record time. Even though it was a small apartment, they were courteous, professional and done an excellent job. The total cost was very close to what was quoted ! I would definitely hire this company again of the need arises ! Great Job !!

Jose and his crew were very professional and did a good job. Nothing was broken or scratched and they were efficient. I would say on the packing, the labeling of the boxes could have been better. Some boxes were just marked fragile and kitchen- but nothing about what was inside. All of the kitchen boxes just said kitchen or food. So it took us awhile to find silverware, plates and glasses when we were trying to unpack and eat. Also, they will pack anything and everything they find in the same box so you will have a mish mosh of items if you don't pull those out. But overall for the moving they were great- they moved things where I wanted them in the new house, and sometimes removing once we got in and figured out things wouldn't all fit. It was a good experience overall and I would definitely use them again/

It went better than any other move I have ever had (and I've moved a lot). They showed up on time, worked efficiently and did not damage anything. Javier and team were fantastic and I have been recommending them to everyone.

We were absolutely delighted and impressed by USA. They were the best price we found, and we were a little nervous that the quality would match the price, but no! They were OUTSTANDING. The staff was caring about our things, wrapping everything very carefully, noting every piece of damage they noticed prior to touching our pieces, so ensure us that it wasn't them causing those scratches and such, and we didn't find any damage they caused when all was said and done at all. Everyone on the team worked really hard and fast, and yet they were caring - helping us with furniture placement, plugging in hard to reach cords before moving heavy furniture into place, asking us if it was how we wanted before moving to the next item. They were wonderful. We would highly recommend them to others. They did not provide as many free boxes as other companies, but they provide more men to do the work, and all those guys are fantastic. What a team. Thank you, USA, for making moving day far better than expected.

They did a really good job. We've been through several interstate moves and since this was a local move, we weren't sure what to expect. We were not disappointed. They did a great job of wrapping all the furniture. Boxed items arrived in good shape. There was no complaining when I changed my mind on the ultimate location of some heavy furniture pieces.

The move was scheduled for the morning and Javier and his team showed up on time, discussed what needed to be done and immediately got to work on wrapping the furniture and moving boxes. They were very conscientious about wrapping furniture to protect it well, and every member of the team displayed a cheerful attitude that helped to make the process more pleasant. In addition, they were careful and respectful about making sure that walls and railings were not damaged in either of the buildings. I would hire them again anytime.

The movers were right on time and began working right away. And they didn't stop working until they had carried every last piece of our furniture - including several large items - up 3 flights of stairs. They were very polite and professional and certainly did not waste any time. And on top of it all, as my boyfriend's father was manning the exterior door of my apartment building, one of the guys placed one of my counter stools down next to him to sit on, which I thought was very considerate :)

They just moved me, we moved into a town house. They were excellent and they were unbelievable. They were very efficient, arrived on time, got to work immediately, wrapped all my furniture, they really never stop until they packed it and unpacked it and even when I bought them lunch, they didn't eat the lunch I bought, they just kept working. I've moved several times and they are the best movers I've ever used.

Moving crew was timely and efficient in the wrapping of furniture and all other items. May be a bit overuse of material and costs of that . Overall we were satisfied with the service and would use it again. And recommend it to others

They are great. They are very friendly and very professional. Basically they do what they say they are going to do. The price was good. I really don't have anything negative.

Pick up was good packaging was good no damage was incurred delivery time was way out of line. I week more than quoted!

Their cost was much better than another company that quoted for the services. Their storage facility was much better than other companies. Rather than having the furniture stored in an area of a large warehouse, the furniture was stored in a private storage room. The guys who did the move were great. They were efficient and friendly. The move included a piano. There were absolutely no problems. I would strongly recommend USA Moving & Storage.

The movers were AWESOME! They were careful with all of my things. They were very efficient. I highly recommend these people.

Javier & his team were terrific. On time each day - they packed us day 1 and moved us day 2. Were totally professional, worked extremely hard (no breaks) and were totally respectful of neighboring homes and people. Nothing was broken and I don't believe it could have gone any smoother. While I don't look forward to moving again, I will certainly use USA - they are top notch!

Santiago and his crew were great! They were speedy, professional and super hard-working! In addition, they literally did not scratch a single item. My favorite part was when our 11 month old rather large dresser would not fit up the staircase and before I even had time to get upset, they were out on the back patio and hoisting it through the back bedroom window. It was in place in our master bedroom before we knew it. Would definitely use them again (although hopefully won't move again for several years!) and would definitely recommend them to others. A far, far more pleasant experience than we had with 2 different moving companies in the past. On a side note, we did not own a ton of furniture (decided to wait after we moved to our house to do most of that; were in a tiny condo before we were temporarily renting a town house for one year) so our move may have been slightly cheaper/faster than some others. It was still worth every penny, though!

They used all of my packing tape. They put tape on my book case and if I take that tape off it will remove the finish. I was not happy about that at all.

They were on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. All of the workers wre friendly.

Look no further. This company is professional from start to finish. They are efficient, fast, and careful. We had a number of expensive and difficult items to move, including a piano and wine cellar. All came through the move safely.

Jose and his crew were awesome. They showed up on time, worked very quickly and diligently, understood what I was looking for and anticipated issues with certain items. They worked quickly, but with care, I felt that they were looking out for my stuff and they did a great job packing and wrapping items that needed care. I usually hesitate to use moving companies because of the expense, but these guys were worth every penny, I could not have made this move without them. AND the final bill was actually lower than the estimate! Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Javier & his amazing crew moved our family into our new home. Incredible job & extremely hard working team. Professional. Courteous. Competent. Great teamwork. I highly recommend them!

Great, very fast and professional. Took no breaks.

They were fabulous. They knew what they were doing, they went right to it, they were experienced, every piece of my furniture including my antiques were wrapped in moving blankets like new born babies, there were no dings, there was nothing broken, there were no chips, no scratches and no dents. They took 2 hours less than I had anticipated and the cost came in at half of what I was quoted.

The team of 4 was great. They were prompt, calling me when they arrived at the high rise.They were very careful with the piano, covering it with fabric and then tape, moving it carefully down the elevator to their truck. Then, in a flash, they were unloading it in my house, again, very carefully. It was all over in under 2 hours, and I had called them that morning. Just amazing, polite, efficient. A pleasure
