All in all, the move took about 4 hours. Four guys came out and worked NON-STOP. We had some awkward and heavy pieces of furniture that required disassembling and reassembling. Nothing was broken and they were all extremely nice.

very well even hoisted furniture that would fit up stairwell. they did not tell me there was a problem - figured out solution and took care of it.

The movers are from Angie’s list, I recommended them to my friends, and they were extremely pleased with them. My friend called me up and thanked me for giving me information. It is a snowy day and they were right on time and friendly. They were very happy with them.

I was very happy with the company. The weekend I moved - it was the weather from H***! Near zero temperatures with below zero wind chills. The mover were terrific - They delivered the service that was advertized, and I was very impressed with this company and I would absolutely use them again.

Good movers, did not damage any of my stuff. Did very little damage to the walls on a 3 flat town house. it cost just as much for material as it did for the move. It cost me a lot less when I moved from chicago to the evanston a year earlier. I was a little surprised. Also they were not very flexible on date to move my stuff out of their storage, although very flexible on moving me out of my apt to the storage.

We've used USA Moving several times over the last eight years. They are a solid organization who are very efficient and professional. They come to the job ready to go, they execute as an experienced team should and they are very respectful of your possesions.

I would use USA Movers again without a second thought.

These are the best movers I have ever used. They were on time arriving and worked hard every second they were here. There was a team of 4 highly professional movers. I will hire them again. I highly recommend them.

It was a positive experience. The owner called same day I contacted the company and scheduled for the next week. The move was short distance and only 1 item. Two men and the truck arrived on time, carefully wrapped the sofa and put the pillows is a cardboard wardrobe. I drove to the location to be delivered and they arrived sortly thereafter. They moved the old sofa to the alley and placed the new sofa when the owner preferred. The entire transaction in real time took 60 minutes. The fee likely a minimum rate. But to know the work was done by professional firm, very polite employees, and completely insured worth the cost. This company is located in the same town I live in and initially that is why I selected them. I was not disappointed. They did however prefer cash payment which was fine in my case.

the workers came on time to the job. they took a part the bedroom and packet up the set they were clean and knit. the mover delivered to next house and assembled the set .they were very professional. over all we were very happy with the job.

Professional. Worked hard and fast and protected the furniture when moving. Brought an error in cost to my attention and immediately corrected it. Honest and reliable.

Javier's crew showed up on time, wrapped and packed everything with amazing care and moved everything in 10 hours. They consistently asked questions about where items were going in the new house so we had minimal room to room transfer of boxes. They set up all the furniture which really helped us feel at home the first night.

Could not have gone better. If you want a no nonsense hardworking company this is it. Prices are given up front. No secrets, no surprises. Crew showed up on time and worked the entire day, non stop. They were courteous and asked a few questions and worked the entire time. They wrapped things carefully and had to split the load between my parents apartment and the storage facility. There is always a risk that companies may take advantage of seniors. I wanted to find movers that would take care of my parents and they did. They are professionals. We will use them again.

The movers showed up on time and were polite and professional. They got right to work and were so fast and efficient that if you turned around for a minute, half the room was already on its way to the truck!!! They took great care with my stuff and asked questions if they were ever unsure about something. When it came to the unloading, they were just as efficient as they were at loading - fast, careful, absolutely NOTHING nothing damaged, lost or broken. When my internet installer arrived in the middle of the chaos and said he needed my old equipment, which was still on the truck, I panicked - but one of the movers just jumped in the truck and started moving boxes to find the one I needed, we got it out in time to not miss the internet service call! He definitely went the extra mile. And when I changed my mind mid move as to where I wanted a dresser to be located, they didn't have any issues at all, just picked it up and moved it with no hassle or complaint. They moved me after some snow fall and took care to protect my carpets as well, putting down protective plastic. It was a difficult day organizing a move out, a closing and a move in, but they made the moving portion as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving!

Right on time, super fast, very careful, polite & friendly. What more could you ask for? They were supposed to come between 8:00am and 9:00am, and showed up at 8:11am. The entire move was completed by 10:11am. Despite my fears (based on previous moves with other companies) USA Moving did not try to slow the move down to make it take longer and cost more. Everything was wrapped well and nothing was broken or damaged. A quick and easy move!

.These folks blew me away at every step of the process.From the gentlemen on the phone (Jerry) to the wonderful hard working men he sent to do the job I was so impressed. I was moving my elderly father from a home to another closer to mine. The gentlemen came in and carefully packed every item and wrapped furniture. They worked swiftly and were always professional and courteous. It took them just a few hours to have my dad packed. The following day they came to move him at 8am. By 11am that day they were at the new house and moving things in making sure to place furniture in the intended spaces, and even made a few suggestions as to how to make the space work since my dad was downsizing. Just amazing people.

Arrived when they said they would. Very quick, careful, and professional. I used to move nearly every year so I've had a LOT of experience with movers. The extra charges for materials had me concerned before the move, but definitely the way to go. Better to be charged a reasonable fee for materials actually used than buying too much or having them cut corners to save money. I would definitely use again!!

I called to discuss a move from Chicago to nearby 'burb. Indicated that we had already moved most of the stuff out. Were given an estimate of over $2000 for 5 guys for the whole day. Even crazier, I was told we needed authorization from the alderman to park the truck on the street in front! They also wanted payment in cash! Too many alarm bells... We went with another company who took our list of major item on the phone and gave us an hourly rate. This other company moved us in 6 hr for about $700, including driving from their office. Oh, the other guys didn't have any trouble parking right in front of the house. This was very strange, given the overall good ratings; maybe issues at the call center. We didn't take the chance.

Answered inquiry right away, came when promised, wrapped the chair even, charged what was quoted

I can only say that this moving experience was absolutely the best I've ever had. From the on-site estimate, to the packing, moving out and moving in, I have never had such professionalism and care.

Javier and his crew of 4 were excellent. They arrived on time and completed the move. We were moving from a 4 bedroom home. Nothing was broken or scratched . They were efficient, fast and careful during the move. They moved things where we wanted them in the new house. It was a good experience overall and we would definitely use them again.

They were punctual, fast, efficient, careful and professional. My only concern was that they charged for $3 for each roll of tape and ended up using about 100, and the final cost came in about $200 over the estimate. They also charged $10 per item to bubble wrap and they wrapped several items unnecesarily. Our third floor was tough though, and they went unbelievably fast, and I'm guessing that saved us money on the hourly and got the cost in line with what anyone else would have charged.

We hired USA movers to pack up our home, store our belongings over night and then move us into our new home. The staff was incredibly professional and accommodating! Although we had set up our move at least a month in advance, at the last minute the closing date for our new home had to be moved by one day! USA movers were able to accommodate our change of plans and store our belonging over night since we had to close on the sale of our home on a Monday and close on our new home on the following Tuesday (originally everything was supposed to happen on Monday). The crew that we worked with was led my Javier. He did an amazing job! We were quite pleased that we were able to work with him and his crew for each step of the move (packing, emptying our old home, and moving into our new home). In the past I have had to work with different crews for different stages of the move. I liked the consistency of having the same crew each day. Javier and his crew were incredibly professional, polite, friendly and highly organized and quite efficient!!! I was amazed at how quickly and carefully they were able to pack up our belongings and load up the truck. They protected all our belongings so well!! I entrusted them with all our china and our piano. The day of the unloading into our new home they were incredible! Javier quickly memorized the layout of the new house and accurately directed his team to put all our belongings in the correct rooms; an they put together all the furniture back together so it was easy to settle in that evening. I had a number of boxes that needed to be stored in the basement and said they could just put them anywhere in the basement. They found a storage room and stacked all the boxes neatly there and left be a beautiful and fully functional basement rather than the mess I anticipated dealing with!!! I would certainly use USA Moving again, and I would certainly request Javier and his crew as well!

Hands down, this was the best moving crew we have ever had. We have moved several times between Boston and Chicago and were dreading the move--things went much better than past experiences. Pre-move: We had some quotes from more expensive companies but Ilanit Z. convinced me that she had a careful and hardworking crew at a lower price--she was right. While USA does not do in-home estimates, I am glad that I had another company visit our house--this changed our team assignment from 3 man to 5 man and from 1 truck to 2 trucks. I wonder if things would have gone as smoothly if I hadn't obtained other estimates. The office called and emailed reminders about the move. Packing/Moving: A++++ Best crew ever. Santiago and his team arrived on-time and were extremely hard working. They packed us in a record 6.25 hours and were responsive to any request/preference. They were clearly experienced. The movers were efficient yet careful, quiet and hardworking. They were also kind and polite to our children when they were around--not like the noisy, bossy crew we had with another company. Our fine china arrived unbroken. No lost hardware. No excuses the whole way. I can't say enough about the moving crew. Price: Hourly rates and truck fees are competitive. They used our boxes and supplies and did not gouge us for materials. My only complaint about the entire service is the 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Moving expenses are such large transactions that this seems hefty. I tried to get this waived over the phone but it seemed non-negotiable.
