They were complete professionals. They did a great job and not one item was broke or damaged. They stored the boxes until we closed on the new house and they delivered the boxes on time and were very helpful during both moves. I highly recommend them.

4 men showed up on time. They were very careful in wrapping our furniture. The company seems to be on the more expensive side & will charge you for any materials used (packing tape, etc.) I don't know how they keep track of all the supplies used. We had packed everything & moved a lot of items ourselves prior to the move. We've used this company twice. They are professional but expensive. 900 for a 6hr job.

They were on time, wrapped all of the furniture, set up the furniture after moving into the new place. They were very careful in handing the furniture during set-up. Cost was as expected with no extras.

The team leader was great, kept things moving. The whole team was careful and efficient. However, they damaged a door to the condo loading dock-propped at side instead of at top and did not return to fix it;. I selected this company based on Angie's List reviews with the plan to have them move my stuff eventually to Minneapolis. I mentioned this when booking. But they have pretty much stopped doing long distance moves and offer a non-competitive price for that move. Thus I will have to have another company do that part, and if anything ends up broken, neither company will accept responsibility.

They called on the day of the move letting me know the time of arrival and arrived at the estimate time provided. They very carefully wrapped up my furniture to prevent scratches and most importantly moved everything very quickly. These guys do not mess around. They are not the typical movers that drag out the clock to add more fees. They were fast and very professional. I have a lot of wood furniture (and dark hard wood floors) and did not have any damage to the furniture, floors or walls that occur with traditional moves. Very happy with the team and would highly recommend them to others.

My move went very well with them. They were very efficient and quick, they packed the furniture very very well, and the movers were very willing to move things around. If the first packing didn't work, they were willing to change it and move it around. They were pretty prompt in terms of the time. They were able to give a fairly accurate estimate of when they will be there within a range, and sometimes could tell me most precisely. I've had them for a couple of different things. It was a reasonable price. It was done quickly. If something was on a table and we were not going to take it, they may have put more thought into it, but that was really all. They were trying to move quickly.

Their excellent service began when we spoke to them over the phone. They were helpful and accommodating, as we had a deadline to remove the furniture from the house. The truck arrived promptly, and before starting, went over all aspects of the job. The workers began immediately. They carefully and quickly wrapped each piece of furniture. We had specific instructions, due to the many destinations of the furniture. They were very patient and the job ran smoothly. They worked hard to make sure the pieces were placed in the right rooms in each location. We were finished in a much shorter time than we anticipated, which saved us money. These four workers were professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this moving company for any size job. My sister, brother and I were more than satisfied. Thank you, guys!!!

They were punctual and professional. They worked hard the whole day and didn't flag, even when I was starting to slow down! The guys were great! Everything arrived in good condition with no mishaps. I would recommend them to anyone needing to move in the future.

Everything went incredibly well from start to finish. Office staff was great. They called to let us know the arrival time, moved quickly and efficiently, and were careful with our belongings. I plan on using them again in a few months for another move.

I sent three requests for quotes (over a 5 day period) via the USA Moving website. Based on Their excellent Angie's list reviews, I thought it was a no-brainer. I never received a response although I included both my phone number and my e-mail address. When I called Customer Service about 5 minutes ago, I was told: "We don't go to Florida" even though their website says they provide service to the 48 contiguous states. Last time I checked a map, Florida was one of those contiguous states. There is no excuse for their lack of response via either E-mail or phone.

We had two different crews for these jobs and each team exceeded expectations; each piece of furniture was carefully disassembled, wrapped and reassembled at the destination. Each item of furniture arrived in perfect condition. Challenges (like getting a large piece of furniture up a staircase) were met with careful consideration and collaboration of the team. The workers used time very efficiently, On both occasions we were very happy with the services provided and would highly recommend USA.

Jerry had moving boxes delivered with 2 days of my call. His movers arrived at the time scheduled, quickly worked to pad and tape the furniture and move boxes into the truck. They were efficient and careful. They were also very respectful. The move was completed in 3 hours, all of the furniture arrived undamaged and all packing materials were removed by the 4 man team. They were one of the best movers I have used in the last 5 years. I would definitely use them again.

I called them to get a quote for a move which I needed in a week. They were the only ones available on my desired date but more important had the lowest hourly rate. Jerry was very helpful on the phone and gave me all the little tips that could save me some money during the move. I did get a 6 hour window to wait for- but I kind of understand it. They guys came in ready to work- this was the only company that sends 4 and not 3 people. They got everything out quickly, made sure to extra rap the gentle things and finished the my one bedroom in a little bit over an hour. They got to my new condo quickly and when we found out my couch won't pass in the building door they decided to pull it up through the open staircase. I was very impressed. in 3 hours everything was in place and they were out. Jerry made sure to call me and verify everything went to my satisfaction. All in all we're very happy we chose to go with them.

Move took 2 days -- first day was staging and prepping furniture (8:30 start - to 3:00 finish- 4 man crew), 2nd day was loading condo items, loading storage unit, drive to house (almost 2 hrs in traffic) and then unload. The started about 9AM and finished at 9:30 PM that night - 5 man crew). Javier was crew leader -- he stayed upbeat and positive throughout. He was a great leader and work every bit as hard as the rest of the guys -- which is different that my previous moving experience. In fact -- the storage unit was not scheduled to go as the booking office thought it might not fit -- it was close but the crew made it happen. Even the lady at the storage facility commented to me about how good this team was - and she sees a lot of them. My only surprise during the entire move was the amount of take they use... literally 2 cases! at $2.50/roll this really added up -- and I would have supplied it if I had any idea they would use so much. (they wrap all the furniture several times around in different directions to make handles to hold when moving it) . I chose USA movers since rated highly on Angies list and both my son and his sister in law had used them recently and had great experiences. I used a different company to move items into the 10x10 storage unit (staging home for sale) and USA movers was light years ahead of the other company in efficiency and attitude.

We scheduled the move via phone, they kept in touch as the day approached, telling us that we were the second move that day, so the crew would be showing up sometime between 10:30am-3:00pm, depending on how the first move went. They ended up getting to our place at 1:30pm. Originally we were quoted a rate of $124/hr for a 4-man crew, but were offered a fifth guy for an extra $24/hr on the day. We agreed to the extra manpower. They wrapped up anything that needd it (e.g., tv, furniture) and had us moved out in two hours. At the new location they had us moved in after about an hour and a half. They five guys worked well together, constantly moving, helping each other, in good spirits despite the heavy workload and warm weather. I used this company for my prior move, too, so after two moves, no complaints.

I found USA Moving & Storage on Angie's List and was extremely pleased. Jerry, the owner I believe, was very prompt in returning my calls. During our first call he went through all of the various pricing of services that I might need (I needed them to box and wrap some furniture to protect it). There were no surpises. I had also called him at some point and asked about possibly moving a pool table. He got right back to me and said his company didn't do that but he provided me with the name and number of someone who did that work. Jerry's four guys showed up right on time. They were polite, cooperative and actually rather fun (which is what I needed at that point). I had mentioned to Jerry that I needed someone who spoke fluent English (why did I take French?). Javier was the lead mover and he was fluent in both English and Spanish so all was well. The movers were fast, careful and very helpful in every way. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is my second experience with USA Moving and Storage. In both cases, everything went perfect. The communication, responsiveness and performance was A+ all the way. The movers were careful, courteous and very tidy. Not a detail was missed, not a item scratched and not a wall dented. These guys are pro's. The move was high value for what I paid. I will use this company again if I need to move. And I can recommend them without hesitation. A+ all the way.

Working with Iliana was great. She was clear on what we should expect and was responsive to any questions we had. The crew was spectacular. I have never experienced a more polite and professional moving crew. They showed up on time and got right to work. They handled everything with expert care - including a piano we needed picked up - and finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend USA Moving & Storage to anyone planning a move.

This crew was fantastic. We read a lot of horror stories about moving companies damaging furniture, scratching floors and walls etc so we were nervous. We called a number of companies for quotes and didn"t get a good feeling with the attitude or pricing. We heard about USA moving and spoke to Jerry the Mgr. He was personable, accurate and gave us every detail we needed. The crew arrived at exactly the correct time as set up. Santiago was in charge of the crew. He came in went through the entire house with us and we explained what was being moved and what would need to be taken apart and re assembled at the new home. This crew was amazing. They padded and wrapped every piece of furniture in plastic. We're talking thick padding blankets not a layer of bubble plastic. Anything that had glass panels was given cardboard covers before they padded and wrapped it. A large glass curio cabinet was handled like a carton of eggs! These men took a large antique bedroom set apart and re assembled it at the new home without losing a single bolt or screw. They did not scrape a wall or scratch a single floor. They carried everything into the new home and placed it exactly where we asked them. We had just had new hardwood floors installed in the new home and they were so careful I was amazed. They worked quickly and carefully from the old home to the new. Santiago and his crew were diamonds in the rough. If you are out calling moving companies and not getting a good vibe call USA. Can't say enough good things about this outfit.

Very nice guys, very careful with belongings, were able to fit a lot of stuff in a small storage space. Price was about what I expected to pay for the move.

The crew came exactly when they said that they would. We explained the job and within 15 minutes of their arrival they were moving like a tornado. They were jaw dropping awesome the way they worked together moving things from the basement around corners and out the door. They were genuinely helpful and got everything done we needed to have done within the time we expected.
