The team of 5 arrived promptly and packed everything up on the first day. They returned the next day and loaded the trucks (they used a separate small truck to transport some items to a storage facility). They unloaded the items for the storage facility and took them to the locker. They then went to our new residence and unloaded and unpacked all the furniture and placed it all where we wanted it. They were very professional and courteous and worked in a safe manner (we had some pretty heavy items to carry down a fairly narrow staircase. Nothing was damaged. We were very happy with the whole process and would definitely use them again.

Punctual, professional, hard-working, and somehow, they didn't break a thing. They did a thorough job of packing the first day, then moved and placed everything the second day. I can't think of how it could have been any better.

Team arrived on time! They were very professional and worked at a quick pace. All furniture was wrapped. Job done on schedule and under estimate. This was the easiest move I ever had, and the moving team led by Santiago and Miguel, completely put me at ease. These were good people that I knew I could trust. They went above and beyond my expectations by making a second trip to move my basketball hoop with stand, and patio furniture. I had forgotten to include these large items, and Miguel made sure they were moved for me. He had to chip away at the ice to do it, but he got it done. USA Moving & Storage will get my future business, and I would highly recommend them. They are professional, hard working, and kind.

They were respectful and courteous. Great teamwork on their part. I had wrapped and boxed a lot of our stuff but they wrapped over that as well. I had moved a lot of our stuff already and it was very minimal furniture and boxes so in that regard I was surprised it still came out to 700-800 bucks. Regardless, they were great.

They were EXCELLENT! We asked them to be at her house between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. We had a tight window for the move-in. The building she was moving to has three elevators for the residents and one would be locked for our move-in until 11:30 AM. At that time lunch is served and they needed all three elevators for the residents. So it was wonderful when USA Movers showed up at 8:05 AM. Even though we were paying by the hour, they moved swiftly, which was a relief. They padded and wrapped and fully protected everything we gave them to move. They were loaded and ready to leave by 9:15 AM. We were thrilled. But, when they arrived at the senior living center, a truck was blocking the service entrance. A resident there was doing an unscheduled and unauthorized move-out. We were livid. We were told the truck would be moving soon. Well, soon turned into 30 minutes. Our USA Movers were great. They pulled up as close to the service entrance as they could and started bringing things in as best they could. By 10:30 AM the other truck moved and our guys really hustled. They had her completely moved in by 11:20 AM. Unbelievable! I was so pleased with them, I gave all of them a generous tip. They earned it!

Fantastic! We hired them for a Sunday morning move (no extra cost for Sunday...). A 5 man crew arrived promptly at the time they said they would arrive. They thoroughly wrap or cover each piece of furniture in plastic wrap and moving blankets, and then unwrapped everything in the new location. They disassembled/assembled a few pieces of furniture that had to be unscrewed, etc....no issues. The entire move took only 4 hours (new house was only 3 miles from the old house though, so travel time was minimal). Not a single piece of furniture was damaged....didn't find a single scratch. Would hire again! Total cost was right around $1100 all in which included 5 movers, 2 26 foot trucks, packing materials (they charge nominal prices for tape, plastic wrap, etc. and only for what they used)

The movers were nice and worked hard. The customer service and management was bad. We would not use them again.

They are fabulous. I called the same day and they were there quickly. They were very professional and efficient.

I called up for a quote for a move and when I was on the phone, the lady asked two questions - how many bedrooms (2) and approximately how many square footage of the house (2000). She said we'll send 5 guys and 2 trucks. I said wait a minute, a year ago, I made this move with 2 guys and 1 truck and we haven't bought many things since then so how can it be so drastically different. She was like you don't know anything. It was so condescending. I would never contact these guys again.

We hired USA to move our furniture out of the house so the floors could be refinished. The crews were great; prompt, professional, skilled, and well organized. They were very careful wrapping the furniture with pads and packing a few boxes of things we did not get to. The work was done very quickly. USA was very flexible about scheduling the crew to bring everything back into the house. We had the same guys putting the furniture back into the house which was convenient. The pricing for the job was good though the rate charged for using their furniture pads was about 50% of the retail price of a pad. However, their service quality and profiessionalism made that a minor thing in the context of the overall job. We recommend USA for others who need a moving service.

Competitive quotes, but we just went with another provider only because of ease of scheduling by the receiving party.

They're on time, fast, and take really good care of your things by wrapping them well. They bring a crew of 4-5 guys, and are in and out quickly.

The movers were on a time crunch because our condo building is very strict about moving times, and the company sent for no extra charge an extra crew of guys to move us into the condo. They were all very nice and very efficient. They had us fully moved into a 2 bedroom 3rd floor condo in a matter of 45 minutes. They were definitely well worth the money. I graded the company a B in professionalism, not because of the movers but because of the attitude of the receptionist who answers the phone. She was not a nice person to deal with, but I still would choose this company because their movers were phenomenal.

Tea was very effificent and speedy. ove went without a single problem. Plan to use them again.

workers were very professional and cautious. we had just remodeled and painted our new home, along with freshly sanded new floor. they handled all our furniture with care along with our piano. pricing was very reasonable.

The team did a great job. They were careful not to scratch floors, ding walls and more. It was very hard to move the couch to the basement. They removed railings and even the feet of the sofa to get it down the curve staircase. Finally, they did all the work in a very time efficient fashion.

My experience with this company was wonderful. I just sat back and watched it was like a ballet. Everyone knew there job and what had to be done. They had my old place load and on the road in a half hour and had me loaded and my furniture set up in my three floor walk up in less than two hours. Which was amazing considering I had some have furniture pieces, a lot of boxes and they ha to walk about a quarter of a block to the door. They are a bit more than their competitors but are worth every penny. Take my advice and use them, trust me I learned the hard way using another mover last year and the experience was a nightmare.

Buyer beware - stay away from USA Moving & Storage Inc ! The crew arrived on Friday about 30 minutes before the agreed upon time window. No biggie, we are flexible. Only one of the 5 people who showed up spoke some English. So, he was the only one doing the negotiation / haggling. That's right - haggling, even though that's the last thing you would expect once the estimate is provided over the phone. He went through the furniture items that we wanted to move and asked the crew to start loading the boxes. In the mean time, he took out a pre-printed form with a $1350 estimate and asked me to sign. This was more than double what I expected because we paid less than $600 for a two-men crew when we moved in 3 years earlier. Plus that previous move was 12 miles and now it was less than 2. So I refused to sign the form. He immediately called "the boss" over the phone, who turned hostile (and I am being diplomatic here). The "boss" called me names and used the F-word multiple times. Apparently, they felt that we are facing a deadline for leaving the house and exploited that. I told them that I still wanted to work with them and reduce the scope: have them move large furniture only, while we would take care of the smaller items and the boxes. To that he said that "flip-flopped" and DEMANDED A $1000 PREPAYMENT IN CASH! I was so desperate to get the job done, and told them to wait and went to the back to get the cash. Luckily by the time I was back in 10 minutes, the crew was gone without saying a word to my wife. Verdict: ultimate un-professionalism, mafia tactics and rude behavior. By the way, we completed the entire move using a different company next day for only $715 (1/2 of what these demanded).

I thought this group of movers was fantastic. I've moved multiple times and had things broken. Nothing broken with this group. They showed up on time and were quick and efficient. They had my entire house loaded onto the truck in 2 hours, which I felt was fantastic since I have very heavy furniture, and narrow curving stairs. The crew was pleasant and worked efficiently. I liked that it was a crew of 4 and that they all worked. Other moving companies send out a team of 3 and generally one guy doesn't really do anything. Not with this company. My overall pricing was higher since I was keeping the many padding blankets since furniture was placed in storage. Cost without materials (tape, blankets and extra boxes) plus the truck I think was around $400 to load up the truck and unload at storage unit. Keep up the great job!!

We used Angie's List to find them and they were phenomenal. I got five quotes, they were the best priced and their service was phenomenal. I liked their price, what they covered, and what it included. They were fast, ready to go, on time and they knew what they were doing. They had two trucks and did everything correctly. Nothing was broken and they wrapped everything really good. They took care of everything.

They were great. Scheduling the move was very easy and convenient. They provided options for dates and times, and sent a confirmation email that included a lot of very useful information. The movers were really excellent. Very careful and yet efficient. Nothing got broken, everything was clearly placed where we wanted it, and they were pleasant and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them. And, I'd use them again.
