The guys were very thorough and careful wrapping up my items in moving blankets and plastic wrap. Upon return, they unwrapped and placed felt pads on all items. Also, they were very speedy.

They were punctual and began working immediately without hesitation and wrapped everything very professionally. We had already boxed a number of items but they wrapped the furniture and piano and delivered everything without any issues. Definitely worth the price for the service and I'd advise anyone to use them.

Overall it went well. However, the amount of time it took to complete was far longer than anticipated based on previous moves with the same amount of belongings.

I had an exceptional experience with the moving crew from USA Moving and Storage. Santiago and his crew did an outstanding job of moving my furniture and other items with the utmost care. Every piece of furniture was blanketed and secured. The crew worked quickly and diligently and it seemed like it was no effort at all for them. I would definitely recommend this company if you are searching for a mover you can trust to help you with stressful moves.....they are all stressful moves!

Best movers I've ever used, and we've moved A LOT. They sent a team of 5 guys in two trucks to get the job done. I could not believe how fast they loaded the storage unit into the trucks - and that was even after wrapping everything in plastic and blankets. Extremely detail oriented and skilled movers, you can tell these guys have been doing this a long time and are very good at what they do, They were very careful, they set up our bed and some other furniture skillfully and quickly, and I don't think I ever saw them take a break once. These are hard workers. Tip them well, they deserve it!

I unfortunately did not deal directly with them on the day of the moves, my father helped me out so I could be at a work function and then be with my pets at the hotel to bring them back after the move back in. Prior to theme, everyone was amazing. The estimate, helping ease my stress...and more. So great to have movers that can store on site...sure it is two moves, but they rock. My Dad has not experienced many moves, but he was so impressed with the guys. Wrapped everything, packed, and moved. Quick and painless. I have some delicate and antique/vintage furniture...and was stress free! I hope I don't have to move anytime soon...but 100% will be telling everyone about this company. Thanks!!! USA Moving and Storage was an excellent choice for our move. We needed a company that could store our belongings in between moves. The movers were extremely professional and hardworking. I appreciated that the office booked the same moving team for both the move to storage and then the move to our new home two months later. Amazingly despite multiple moves and storage nothing was broken, scratched, misplaced, ect... I thought the price was reasonable for the level of service provided. I really liked our moving team and the office staff was very prompt and professional as well. I would definitely use this company again.

Even though the estimate was done via phone, Ms. Ilanit Zafrani did an excellent job anticipating our needs. The movers carefully wrapped all furniture items and artwork and moved all of our boxes and garage and shed items. If something needed to be disassembled in order to move it they did so without any complaint. It rained throughout the afternoon and they continued to work and only took a break when I insisted they stop for lunch. They carefully cleaned up all moving materials and made sure we were satisfied before they left our new home.

Excellent service. Got same day service and the guys were extremely Professional. We were actually worried it wouldn't make it but they got it done somehow!

Our experience with USA Moving was fantastic! I called and spoke to Jerry and he was very helpful in scheduling our move and was able to give us an idea of cost. The four man crew showed up early on Sunday morning. They moved our belongings quickly and more importantly carefully into the truck. They stopped off at a storage unit that we were renting and picked up more furniture. They arrived at our new house and emptied the truck in no time. They were so great maneuvering the furniture up and down stairs. I cannot say enough about the job they did. The price was more than fair. Thank you USA Moving!!

Best move I’ve EVER had. Everything about USA Moving and Storage was great. Every step of the way. The owner Jerry gave me an accurate estimate. The final bill was even UNDER the estimate. The movers were perfect… punctual, incredibly careful, hard working - I had to push them to stop for a minute to drink Gatorade or water – it was hot. Santiago & Miguel… and the rest of their guys… were kind and communicative. We started with a walk through (I’d labeled some things not to take and just mentioned others) and it perfect. Day One packing. Day Two load and move. I have a great deal of memorabilia and they were so respectful of its importance to me. I know that I couldn’t have packed things as well myself. Before they were even finished I was emailing friends to use them! These guys make what is typically stressful into a positive, productive, even fun, experience.

They did a fantastic job handling the day of our move. The truck arrived on time and they got right to work. Everything was carefully wrapped and packed onto the truck. They even laid down complementary plastic on the carpet at our new house. We couldn't have asked for a smoother moving experience!

We had a great experience with USA Moving & Storage! We were moving from a 2 bedroom condo to a single family home. The movers worked pretty much nonstop for about 8 straight hours and were both professional and efficient. They disassembled and then reassembled all furniture carefully, wrapped valuables thoroughly, and took great care with everything. We would be happy to hire them again if needed, and to recommend them to others in the city.

Loading went well. Unloading was not communicated well and deliveriers were somewhat unprofessional in responding to the miscommicuation.

I could not find any company who was willing to do the relatively small job on such short notice, and one of the companies I called suggested I contact USA Moving. I'm so glad I did! USA Moving told me they could do it as soon as that day, but we scheduled it for the next. They did everything in under 2 hours, I was very impressed. Showed up on time, did great work. 4 man crew at $140/hour plus the cost of the truck. Would definitely recommend to others.

The team of 5 arrived promptly and packed everything up on the first day. They returned the next day and loaded the trucks (they used a separate small truck to transport some items to a storage facility). They unloaded the items for the storage facility and took them to the locker. They then went to our new residence and unloaded and unpacked all the furniture and placed it all where we wanted it. They were very professional and courteous and worked in a safe manner (we had some pretty heavy items to carry down a fairly narrow staircase. Nothing was damaged. We were very happy with the whole process and would definitely use them again.
