Good experience
Description of Work: The company packed my goods and moved me a mile south - They did an excellent job. The only piece I did not understand was the insistence on doing the packing one morning and moving next day - I paid for travel charges for 2 moves and felt that the move could have easily been accomplished in 1 day which would have been more convenient, not to mention cheaper

Excellent!
Description of Work: Very good experience with USA Moving. I moved my move date twice and they were very flexible. They adhered to all of my condo buildings moving requirements. Showed up on time and moved very fast! Very professional! Definitely recommend!

Description of Work: This moving company states they are "local" only. I guess 92 miles is too long distance. they refused to even quote me a price for their services. maybe if you are only going across the street, you would have better luck.

Dear Member, we're sorry we were unable to offer you a quote on your move. As you mentioned, we are indeed a Local only moving company. We currently service Chicagoland only and do not do long distance (typically defined as crossing state lines or moving 60+ miles). Given Chicago's proximity to other states, we occasionally do moves to cities on bordering state lines - Kenosha, for example - as this distance is less than 45 miles from our main office. This is generally the maximum distance we travel. Since our salesperson was unable to give you a quote (and we will not quote on a move we cannot perform) you are not in our system and I am not sure exactly where the move was going to, but if it is not in our service area, we cannot fairly quote on it.

Description of Work: Excellent overall, my team of movers worked excellent together. The manager coordinated the move very well and even made a point to use my own tape and boxes to save me money. My team listened to and carried out all of my special handling/moving requests without delay. At the end of the move, the team gathered all scrap tape/boxes and 'cocooned' them together for an easy disposal. You will not be disappointed with this company.

Good experience.
Description of Work: Moved a large houseful of belongings in under the estimated time by 2 hours. I had done all the packing, but after 36 years of residence in same house, there were a lot of boxes. The men were careful and efficient. I moved within a 35 mile radius.
