Very well. Quick, efficient.

I called Mike Saturday AM explaining that there was a water drip coming from the ceiling in the basement. He informed me first to shut all water off at my house to stop any more potential damage and that he'd be right over. He arrived in about 30 minutes and we walked through the house going over all the possible points where a pipe could be broken. He started looking for the leak in the least invasive areas first before having to go through a place in the plaster where a repair from a previous owner was made. This is where the leak was. The leak was repaired and he made recommendations for longer term fixes - as the pipes are very old. He was very professional and was not annoyed with the fact that I needed to care for my young children that were home.

Our bathroom drain clogged up and water came back out through the drum trap. Our drum trap is the type with only a cover for the hole. Mike's Plumbing came out around 6:00 pm on a Saturday as promised and unclogged the drain through the drum trap with an electronic snake. It wasn't the toughest job but they came on a weekend and did a good job professionally. The price was on the high side but it was on a weekend so I can understand.

He came to our building on a Sunday afternoon. He gave us an estimate, did the job of rodding out our sewer pipe, did it, cleaned up, and charged us exactly what he said he would. It was an excellent experienc especially given the disgusting situation he rectified.

My sink backed-up last night after doing laundry. I tried unsuccessfully to clear it myself. So, this morning I went on Angie's List and found his name and called at 7:00 am. He was at my house by 8:30 am and assessed the situation. He rotted the line and water in the sink drained. Before doing this, he also climbed in the crawl space and opened the catch basin to make sure it was clear. I was very impressed with his thorough assessment and that he offered a quick, affordable solution. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Found Mike's name on Angie's list and contacted him about rodding our line for possible tree roots. The problem was much more serious: a blockage in the sewer line in the basement with disintegrating pipe in our 60 year old house. My only complaint was that Mike didn't arrive on the first day at the scheduled time. I had to call him to find out the status. Once he did arrive everything went quite professionally. He rodded the line, used a camera to scope the problem, and then he ended up digging up a portion of the floor (three inches of concrete) to locate the pipe to clear the blockage (it was pieces of concrete and pipe liner). Damaged pipe was replaced and the floor was repoured after making sure that there were no further blockages in the system in any direction. What I thought was going to be a two hour job turned out to be two and a half days: over 20 hours of labor. Mike and his assistant worked extremely hard and long hours on this project. Everything was explained in detail to my satisfaction. In fact, on several occasions he asked that I watch what they were doing to make sure I understood the problem and the solution. They removed all debris from the premises.

Noticed water was not draining in the toilet Friday night and thought it was plugged. Searched Angie's list and selected Mike's. Called on Saturday, he came over immediately and determined that the ejector was not working. He picked up a new pump, installed that day. It works bettter than ever now.

Failed to come to provide estimate as he said he would. By phone he told my Mother that he would bring a contract for her to sign. She informed him that she could not sign a contract without having first received three estimates (a requirement levied by the Town of Cicero when applying for its flood control assistance program). He indicated he would come at 1:30 on June 8, 2012. My parents waited all afternoon and he did not show up to provide the estimate or call to advise them he would not be coming. Apparently without a signed contract he did not feel the need to come. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Professional, punctual, competent, pleasant. I will definitely work with Mike again.

He came on a Sunday when no one else would. He responded right away so he was very responsive. He cleared the line and everything was fine. The only bummer was that within one week the problem reoccured. I couldn't reach him the second time because he was on vacation. I feel like I didn't get a permanent repair. There wasn't anyone else to fill in for him.

I like this company. They were very prompt and helpful. Also, they offered reasonable rates.

I provided the water heaters which were not as I ordered (Mike did not pick up on this). I had to tell him how to re-plumb the larger water heater because it was not the right type for the plumbing in place. Mine has a return system and the new tank did not (although this was what I ordered, it was installed before I could send it back). Anyway the way Mike put it in was wrong and I could not get hot water for more than 10 min after the shower was turned on. Previously, because of the return system, I had instant hot water. Mike did return promptly after I complained and noticed the incorrect plumbing. I had to have him do a work around which is okay (the water coming from the shower is hot very quickly) but it is not optimal because it involves plumbing via the tank drain. Also he does not understand electrical wiring and mine had a commercial electric start that I had to remove myself. I understand electrical wiring. I confess that I did not ask for his license but I have to question whether he is based on my experience. Also, fortunately I was replacing my carpeting because it was trashed during removal of the old tanks.

They did a great job with no delays in any of the work. The job was done on time and at the price promised.

He did a nice job. The cost was great. I got three estimates. I made sure that everyone was doing the same thing and I went with him because his cost was better, and so far no problems. I would recommend to give him a try. He was punctual, he did the job correctly. He had to pull permits with the city and he took care of all that. He was definitely someone that you could count on to come in and do the job right.

My whole house water pressure pump had not been working correctly for weeks and I assumed that it was a mechanical problem. I called Mike to come check it out, and he showed up only a few hours later exactly as we had scheduled. He looked at the plumbing set up and immediately identified and fixed the problem. Took maybe 3 minutes. I tried offering him money for his time and services and he refused. Mike is an honest, straightforward, communicative, and (as far as i can tell) competent plumbing specialist. I would definitely call him again.

Mike did a great job. He was able to finish the whole job in one day. He flushed out my drains with a power flush and then installed a flood control system. He had to dig thru the concrete in my basement and add a new pipe with two seperate entrances. One had the valve to allow sewage and water to flow from my house to the city sewer but to stop any of the city water backing up into my system and house. Mike worked extremely hard all day to finish this job. He returned a couple of days later to remove all the garbage bags of excess dirt and concrete and to clean up after himself. Which he did a great job on doing. I am keeping his number for any future plumbing jobs I have. He did a great job.

He is always on time and really friendly. He did the job as we could pay him, and was just fantastic.

We remodeled our house and he did all the plumbing. He is a really good person, and it was a tremendous experience. He has a great family and we had met them. He is a family man.

They were very quick to respond. He recommended that if I needed to have the catch basin cleaned with a vacuum pump he didn't have that equipment and it would be a bigger job. He was very honest with me and I really appreciated that.

He came and gave me the lowest estimate. He was a real nice guy. He wanted me to buy the materials. I wasn't pleased with that. He came right away and he was very prompt. I ended up helping him with some of the work. I did ask him to came back and fix some things and he did at no extra cost to me. He is not as knowledgeable as he should be.

We found that an old water heater in our 2-flat was leaking. Of course, it was on a Saturday morning. We called 4 or 5 different plumbers from the list and left messages but no one returned our calls. We got Mike's name from the phone book as he advertised 24/7 service. He answered the phone, gave us an estimate, and came out within the next couple of hours to see what needed to be done and take measurements. He requested a $50 deposit before he went out to pick up a heater. Within the hour, he called us to say he had done so and would be back shortly. Mike installed the heater in a reasonable amount of time, cleaned up after himself.
