+ -1 moreThe service technician arrived punctually and came very well equipped with all necessary materials to complete the jobs in a timely and efficient manner. He was quite helpful with tips to prevent structural/repair issues going forward and explained how I could easily maintain the improvements on a go-forward basis with minimal effort to save myself down time and allow me to enjoy a return on my investment. While in the kitchen working on drywall repairs, I had mentioned to my wife that I was having trouble with the garage door again and the technician said he could help with that while waiting for the paint to dry! The technician asked at the end if there was anything else he could help with prior to leaving. This 'how can I help you?' mentality is a far cry from other situations where the contractor can't wait to get out of there after doing the bare minimum. Not the case with Airmen, calling them was a no-brainer and I will definitely do so again if/when necessary.
Description of Work: I've used Airmen's services on two separate occasions now for bedroom and kitchen-related improvements & repairs and have had consistently favorable experiences. In the bedroom the scope was to build-back a demo after mold was remediated. The build-back entailed insulation, drywall, trim, painting, carpet tack strip, padding and stretching. In the kitchen, the scope was to move an outlet, drywall repair, painting, build a shelf, install a bracket and mount an appliance. The technician was more than happy to assist with troubleshooting an unrelated issue in my garage involving the garage door & track. He is very knowledgeable about fixing/repairing just about anything and is capable of thinking outside the box to come up with ideas no one else would have thought of. Very resourceful!
