Service level is exceptional.

I am not a technology literate person. My only ask was to install something that 'works' and is intuitive. Greg made it so easy to use my seven year old daughter can run the entire system. When something does come up - Greg is always available to help get the systems back on line when something fails (this is not often mind you). He has the ability to problem solve remotely and as required will come to the house to make fixes. I personally believe the best feature of the team is their customer service. Greg is always available. I would NEVER hesitate to call in the Elegant Resollutions team.

The Elegant Resolutions team listened to our needs and then explained options and what they believed would work best for our home based upon what we described. They also provided other options to enhance the system which we were able to consider. They were very knowledgeable about the products. All of this done in a professional manner with no pressure. Once the plan was agreed upon, the work was scheduled. The Elegant Resolutions team worked with our contractor who was remodeling the basement at the time, to schedule their work at a time that was most efficient. They were maticulous and paid close attention to detail (for instance, the wiring was very organized so when visible in areas of the unfinished portion of the basement it did not look like a rat's nest, cable was organized in a junction box, power outlets and compoent plug ins were recessed behind the flat screens to minimize the distance that the TV extended from the wall, all wiring was tucked behind the TVs and not visible). Installation of the system was on time and on budget. The system required significant programing which was completed after the components were installed. Troubleshooting to fix the minor programming items that did pop up were done very timely and without charge. The Elegant Resolutions team was respectful of our home and cleaned up after each day. Service after the sale has also been excellent. Overall we are very satisfied with the system.

Greg is terrific to work with. He starts the process by getting a very strong sense of your end goals. He then gets down to details and provides you with a spectrum of options at multiple price points. He doesn't sell you the name brand product just to sell it. He makes sure that each component of your systems is the right one for your family's needs. His knowledge of the industry is exceptional and he is able to fully customize each project to your home and your needs. This type of work requires a lot of followup as you get used to the new systems in your home. He is always happy to help you troubleshoot and to repair any problems which arose. Usually I found that the system was perfect and my issues were "user related..." I would recommend Greg and his team at Elegant Resolutions to anyone wholeheartedly. When the storms go through, everyone gathers at my house since we are the ones with power thanks to Greg's Generac generator. The neighbors call my house Robohouse and that is exactly what we were hoping for. He exceeded our expectations and provided great value and expertise.
