Brandon and he crew showed up on time to start on floors in kitchen, laundry room, powder room, hall, and closets by completely sealing off the work area with plastic. This was particularly difficult because of a two story foyer where a staircase and landing had to be sealed, as well as open entry from the kitchen into family room and all the cabinets and bookcase in the kitchen. The team had-state-of-the-art sanding and vacuuming equipment that captured 99% of the dust created during sanding. Virtually no dust passed beyond the sealed off area. Once the sanding was complete they carefully removed the plastic sheets used to seal off the area, cleaned the floor as well as the counters and other exposed surfaces in the work area, and then applied the stain and left for the day to allow the stain to dry. They returned the next day and buffed the stained floor in preparation to applying three coats of water base, eco friendly, poly finish ( very little odor from either the stain or the poly finish). Once that step was completed they left to allow the floor to dry for 24 hours. The crew returned after 24 hours to buff out the floor to a beautiful finish. The crew then replaced all the furniture, re-connected the washer and dryer, and two refrigerators, cleaned up the area, as well as the garage that was used as a staging area, and left. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality and precision of the work performed, the expertise and courtesy of the workers and the reasonable price charged.
