Description of Work: I am extremely pleased with our new floors. Pete was very responsive, personal, and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. His crew showed up on time, communicated with me efficiently, and was done with our floors in 1 day. I would highly recommend them!

+ -1 morePeter was very pleasant over the phone and explained very clearly various options on how to get started. Since we work days, Peter was nice enough to rearrange his schedule to meet with us in the evening to review samples and talk about pricing. Peter was extremely knowledgeable about each of the carpet samples and about the installation, plus he didn't always offer the most expensive options. We felt he was on our side. While we focused on the most expensive carpet sample, he pointed us to a less expensive brand that offered the same look and feel. He really made the process of selecting the carpet a breeze! The price quoted was well within our budget and he reviewed with us in detail all costs- he made sure that we felt comfortable with our selection, price, and scheduled installation. The installers were contracted, but arrived on time, finished the job within the time-frame that Peter had estimated, and cleaned up nicely. We are very satisfied with North Shore Carpet.
Description of Work: North Shore removed the old carpet, and installed new padding and carpet that runs up one flight of stairs.
