Description of Work: Owner came out to look at what trimming needed to be done. He said he loses money on these deals so he would not give $400 worth of service due to this. I feel this was very unprofessional of him to do this even though I paid for full services. He would only do half of the trim work so he would not lose that much money on this deal. Very unsatisfied with this company.

Description of Work: I called and asked for someone to come out and evaluate our tree that was losing leaves and looks sick. The person who came out just asked about trimming the tree. This tree service does not test or treat trees. He told me to call somebody else for that. He quoted $2500 to take the tree down in the winter.
