They were really good. They were friendly. They were quick. They did clean work. They came when they said they would. They came in a timely way. They were very clean. They were pleasant to be around. It was a fair price for the work.

I am a very organized person, so it bothers me that I had to estimate the service date at 6/15/2011 and the cost at $250, rather than give the exact date and cost. The reason for this? I asked for a bill (and was told I would be sent one) but never received one. I recall a few calls back and forth before someone was sent to our home...nothing too irritating but not as smooth as I would have liked. The person who did the repairs did a great job. I believe the total was around $250. In the end, the work they did was good. But the communication back and forth, not so good. Therefore, I probably would not consider them again for anything but another small job. With a larger job, I expect more communication (both verbal as far as dates go, and written as far as a bill/receipt go). If you're not an organized person who expects the people you hire to be organized, go for it. If you're like me and expect that from someone you're paying, proceed with caution.

They did almost everything in the project. They did two projects for me. They did the drywall and also the drop ceiling. I could not have asked for a better experience as it was fantastic. Some of the previous people that came in did not want to do the job because the framing had already been done. They were down playing the framing like how everything was wrong, how they would have to tear it down and have to fix it. Ultimate Drywall Incorporated came in and told me that they could do it with all the framing and that they would take care of it as it was not a big deal. They did a fantastic job and everything looked perfect. They did it incredibly fast. Everyone that worked was really super nice. Honestly, I would highly recommend them for anything as they were awesome. Their price was great. They were always on time, annoyingly at 07:00 in the morning as it was very early but it was good as it was done on time. They did everything they said that they were going to do and they were incredibly pleasant to work with.

He came out for a quote and took measurements and he said he will be back within a day or two, but he didn't get back to me and didn't send the quote also. I called him a couple of times, but he didn't respond to me and it was a great disappointment for me. After sometime, he finally called me back and he asked me for excuse and said that his partner was out of town, so he could not send the quote to me. I thought he felt like this project was too small for him, so he is not interested in doing that. I will not use him again in the future.

I tore out and reframed walls in my basement, adding closets and new openings as well as had a staircase that was half drywall half cement foundation. Ultimate came in with the most reasonable pricing and the shortest timeframe to completion. I must admit I was a bit concerned to start as this was a 400 Sq Ft pace that had a lot of quicks and difficult corners because the framer, myself, was not the most talented. They made my work look good and the basement stair case cement wall was plastered out to match the drywall and then brought together to look like one complete drywall wall. My painter told me it was one of the best drywall jobs he has seen. They worked quick, were on-time, and cleaned up better than any other contractor we have had in the house. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I asked two contractors that I trust (HVAC and Home Inspection) if they knew of any drywallers that they trust and both gave me Ultimate. I contacted Bob and he responded immediately by meeting us at a current job site and allowing us to take a look at the quality of work they did. We were impressed. What was so neat was their use of this new TuffHide Technology by USG. After they tape and sand, they spray on the TuffHide and it's basically ready to paint (effectively eliminates all the issues with primer coats and the costs associated with wall prep and application). All at a price much cheaper than it would take to actually paint it. My designer is VERY particular about the vendors he uses and he was absolutely impressed with their pricing and quality of work. He demanded they glue and screw all drywall and they said that's their normal process. Needless to say, my designer will use them for future jobs. Bob and his team were very contientious and did a great job. They'll be coming back to finish up a few nicks here and there that occur during trim and cabinetry install, but none of these issues is due to Ultimate's workmanship. Just normal issues that arise. I recommend Ultimate to anyone. They do great work and work with you to make sure it's done right. Great outfit!

Everything went well. Ron is very responsive, the work is consistent and quality work. We called Ron up after a village water issue lead to flooding in our basement. He came right over to provide his assessment of whether anything could be saved without any concerns for mold growth, etc. He did a few tests and determined we only needed to remove the bottom two feet. The room is good size - probably at least 1500 sq ft. All was done quickly and met our expectations.
