Gary from Toptec came out and was great to work with. He was thoughtful about how to go about diagnosing the problem. I was very happy with his work. He came on time and gave me a courtesy call before he got here. I would definitely hire Toptec Electrical again.l

Very nice technician, got some very old pipes off. Final system installed is very nice. We looked at a couple of different approaches, settled on a nice system that fits the fireplace nicely, looks great, and starts easily.

I have been using Toptec for 5 years now. They are consistent.

Cory was very good. He educated me on the type of filter to purchase that would enhance the function of the furnace, gave good suggestions on how to maintain the heat in the house, and made sure I understood ongoing maintenance items to maintain proper functioning of the furnace. He did not try to upsell me any services. I appreciated his honesty and his customer service.

Work was done on time and to our satisfaction. Would hire again.

I called Toptec and explained my situation not having any power in my home due to faulty breaks and having seen sparks there. Toptec told me a tech would arrive within the hour which he did. the master electrician Mr. Andre showed me and explained to me what had happened and found a way to fix it without having to change my whole electric panel as other quoted. He saved me lots of money and did an excellent job and made my home safer by explaining other things to me. thank you Toptec from now on you are my go to company for all my ac, heating, plumbing and electrical needs.

The work went fine but they only sent one person and the work really need two. When the proposal was submitted, I was told there would be two people. I ended up helping a little. I am not upset about it as the work was done correctly but he should have had a helper because the pieces being removed were very heavy.

Dre arrived right on time. His service and helpful reminders were much appreciated. Second time we have used the firm and happy both times.

Not what I expected. The offer included many things that were not done. The plumber did not clean the pump and pit and didn't use a camera to few the sewer line. The plumber looked at the battery and the pump and said everything looked good. The plumber removed a few spider webs in the pit. That's it!

Tested water and found bacteria issues. Advised that we needed a well expert look at our water tank and regulator and that the well needed shocked to remove the bacteria. Advised that our Ozone water filter was not was not the correct solution for removing sulfur smell from water. Advised what system was needed (chlorine injection). We bought it an they installed it. The smell is gone.

Very, very happy with the services Toptec provided. I used them for installing a new hot water heater, installing a new furnace, and some minor electrical work. First of all, very professional. Brian came out, talked to me about what I needed and wanted, and gave me some suggestions. He provided a quote that gave me a few options, with absolutely no pressure to upgrade or add on services. The quote was more than competitive with other contractors I talked to. After I agreed to the contract, Toptec had Brian and John out to perform the work the following day. Both were very professional, clean, and the work looks superior. Immediately following my good experience, I had a minor electrical problem. Called Toptec and they had Gary out to my house in 45 minutes. Again, top of the line professional who figured out a weird wiring situation. When I go to upgrade my electrical I will definitely use Toptec and request Gary. Highly recommend this company.

I think it turned out good. They didn't do the sanitary televising because the guy that cause the guy didn't know what he was supposed to do so that was kind of bad. But what we wanted him to was kind of take a look at our sub pump clean it out make sure it's appropriate. We actually bought our home just a little over a year ago and he gave us a lot of good information about the sub pump and how to maintain it and that was a positive but overall they was a bit of a negative because he doesn't appear that he was aware when he came here that he was going to scope out the sewer.

TopTec was able to install a new sink (purchased from Lowes) and fix the lines so that no water would leak. Its been dry ever since so i'd say it was a job well done.

I would not use them in the future.

I had a bigger problem since my ejector pump was broken. He identified the problem quickly and told me the cost and completed the work quickly.

Fantastic. Cat is fine. Somehow the cover on my hvac ducting was removed- we had just moved into the house and the cat was terrified. At some point during the night he crawled in because it was a dark space. When I realized that he was in there I was completely panicked because he wasn't making any noise. We called Toptec at about 630 in the morning, they came in with a duct camera and started looking. They saw him and tapped him on the backside with the camera. Music to our ears when they said "he's moving!" We had to go into the crawl space under the house where they removed the whole length of duct work he was in to bring it into the house. While they were working I ran down there only to find the technician talking calmly to my little boy so he wouldn't be scared. At some point the technician bumped his head and someone later told me he was bleeding... But they could not have been nicer or more respectful to me or to my cat. They brought the vent to my living room, the cat shot out and ran under the bed. They reinstalled the vent, graciously let me hug them and were gone. Like supermen. The only thing I regret is that because I was so upset I did not get the technicians names. I hope they read this and know how incredibly grateful I am, and so is my little cat Wally. One more thing- after it was all over we got a phone call asking if everything was ok. The person on the phone was calling on behalf of the owner of the business. Unbelievable experience. Amazing people. Thank you. 🐈

They could not do anything with it really. I had problems with a garbage disposal and I started to take it out because I did not think it was working. When I hooked it back up, it was leaking. So, I thought they could put it back together, but he said that the housing was broken and it would not hold water. The guy was fine. He was a matter-of-fact. I did not get out of it what I wanted it to, but the unit was broken so there is nothing I could do about it.

They did not call me back, follow thru on any of the 3 times I suggested. I had other things going on and then I called them last week and the plumber just met me there Friday. It was provided for him and he installed it. He said it was$75 service charge and then $10 for each water line. I was pleased with the work but I don't know if the additional fee of $99 was justified. It seems like it could have been a lesser figure but I don't know that for sure. It was for a family member that had passed away their condo so I was trying to get things in order. They didn't follow up even though they were busy they could have said. The tech that came out was very kind and reasonable. The owner was very abrupt. He was not quite rude but very matter of fact. I asked for my inconvenience and having to keep calling them if there was a discount he could pass my way and he was like no either you want it or you don't want it. I get so many of these. I was really taken off. The plumber was fine, his demeanor was fine and reasonable. The owner was very curt and abrupt. What really bothered me is the lack of follow up.

It was fine. It only took them an hour and a half and they covered their shoes, very professional.

TopTec responded immediately, scheduled the appointment for 8AM the next business day. Jason the plumber arrived early, concisely explained his planned actions, coordinated with other trades, professionally executed the installation of the tankless heater with minimal disruptions, cleaned up and left a happy customer. Toptec did an excellent job, for my next plumbing issue I will call Jason at Toptec.

The service was performed in the apartment of a tenant. Although the motor in the disposal was running nothing was happening. The repair guy brought a tool with him that had the ability to fish out items that were clogging the appliance. It turns out that there was a bottle cap stuck in the disposal mechanism. Once that problem was solved he tested and cleaned just to make sure everything was good. Since my tenant was home watching all this he also educated everyone about how to properly use a disposal. All in all it was a wonderful experience and he did a thorough and quick job.

Recently purchased an older home and wanted to have the sump pumps tested and inspected. I did not grow up in an area that needed sump pumps, so I was not familiar with them at all and wanted a professional to take a look. I called and set up an appointment and a few days later the technician, Chris, showed up on time. He called about an hour ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He inspected my sump pumps and answered all of my questions whether they were related to the task at hand or otherwise as this is my first time owning a home. Chris. gave me his honest "what I would do if I lived here" evaluation. I moved forward with the replacement of a 7-10 year old sump pump. In addition to the sump pump work, Chris came back out a week later and power rooted out a clogged drain that was backing up.

All seemed well during the cleaning, but we noticed after the technician left that a large patch of grass were his vehicle was parked was dead. Technician never mentioned anything about the chemicals he used. Had to reseed the grass to get it to come back.
