Description of Work: I purchased this deal and scheduled an appointment for last Saturday between 11am and 1pm. Nobody ever called or showed up. I called the company at 1:30, and I was only able to reach the weekend dispatch who did not have the appointment records. A technician eventually did call, but had no explanation of why they didn't call during the appointment window. I don't know that anyone would have ever contacted me, had I not called the weekend dispatch. I've been happy with other Angie's list recommendations, but I'm very disappointed in this vendor. If a technician is unable to make it to an appointment during the specified time, that's not a problem as long as they are in communication. A no-call, no-show is unacceptable. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, and I'd like a refund of the deal that I purchased. Thank you, Jaimee Glasgow

Description of Work: A broken part in the boiler. The serviceman accurately diagnosed the problem through the telephone discussion. broght the damnaged part, promptly fixed the problem. He was quick and courteous, and kept the charges minimal.

Description of Work: hvac check i don't remember what i paid but think i used them via a groupon or other such ecoupon. the service provider was on time and nice enough. he was to clean my furnace/humidity control unit. he left the faces off both units. he left a filthy filter in the humidifier and did not mention needing a new one nor replace it as he shoudl have.

Description of Work: The installer came promptly and installed the humidifier without a hitch. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had.

Description of Work: Toptec did a basic cleaning and check of furnace. He confirmed that the furnace was in good working condition so no further work was needed. He was on time, efficient, and friendly. We would use their services in the future.

Description of Work: I had 2 furnaces cleaned. They did an excellent job. The serviceman was very professional, clean and quick.

Description of Work: The serviceman was professional, thorough, polite and punctual. What I did not like was the difficulty in scheduling with the office. The attitude of the customer service persons was what you can expect of a robot. Any deviation from the windows they set for the serviceman to come costs additional $50. I am not used to their extreme inflexibility (like a delay of 40 minutes) so, I would try them again, but if their scheduling is so difficult, then I would find a business that is more accommodating.
