Description of Work: THey were able to diagnise the problem with our furnace and they gave us a quote on a new furnace. We obtained a quote for a new furnace elsewhere which had a better warranty and efficiency but was only 3/5 the cost for the furnace and installation.

Description of Work: 2 of our outlets were "clicking"; we had a service call and they found a loose wire in the basement - problem solved.

Description of Work: Fixed a broken outside AC condenser unit. Appointment availability was not ideal, but tolerable (within 2 days). Service tech was very punctual and diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly. The options for repair were explained well. All parts were on-hand and repair time was quick. The price seemed high, but I was not interested in shopping around since the AC had been out of service for 48 hours and temps were climbing. The charge included a fixed service call fee, replacement of the fan starting capacitor and a relay/contactor. | |I was also happy with the fact that the service tech offered advice on maintenance.

Description of Work: I had the furnace and air conditioning replaced, along with the ducts cleaned and a whole house humidifier installed. Maria is the person I worked with most on scheduling what, when, and deciding on which items to do and have installed. She was extremely patient and very kind. There were a few things that weren't completed originally but they were great about getting it completed. I liked them so much I had them replace 2 sump pumps 3 weeks later. This installation was also great and the plumber was really nice and very professional, just as all the others were.

Description of Work: Never showed up. I called to confirm -twice, and was told both times that he was on the way. Each time I was given a different excuse. I was able to call someone else who came the next day for almost half the price quoted by Toptec.
