Description of Work: When the Drew came to service my boiler for the $59.00 from your specials list. |He took the panel off of the boiler but did not complete the overview. When asked, what would it take to remove a radiator from the kitchen, and what it would take to look at a water pressurizer, he stopped his over view to tell us, this was the job of a plumber not HVAC. He took pictures of the radiator. Gave me this job invoice to sign Job 10213 on 17-Sep-2015. Detailing a "request" for the radiator removal and water pressurizer, estimate proposal. The furnace was never overhaul. I was appreciative of Drew, taking the initiative of a future job, for Toptec, but was left a bit confused, that the paid service was not conducted. The cover is still off of the furnace.

Description of Work: Excellent experience with this company. Service guy arrived and spent about 20 minutes tuning up a garbage disposal in income property of mine. He found several bottle caps in the mechanism and successfully got the thing working. He really knew what he was doing.
