Description of Work: I had a yearly contract with this provider to clean my Furnaces and AC in my home. VERY POOR communication! Missed deliver schedule times without notifying me (I had to contact them...was told they had other BIGGER jobs to address)...Technicians were excellent and professional (Mike and Adam are great; Dre not so much)...I have no complaints with the service provided by this company but if I'm taking time off to be available for them to provide this service as agreed upon, why doesn't their customer service (if you wish to call it that)contact you when there's a change...to expect your customer to sit around and wait for their arrival is ridiculous...they left me with the impression that they were doing me a favor to have their technician show up! Maybe other people accept that shoddy service but I WILL NOT!

Description of Work: Overall the experience was mediocre. Due to the tech finding a hairline crack. I feel that he can deliver the bad news better. I feel he was almost happy to stop servicing my furnace once he found the crack. He was trying very hard to sell me a new furnace from the company instead of offering options.
