Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for these services. I had a ceiling fan installed as well as a 3 prong outlet. The electrician also consulted with me on a few other projects I am considering. He had lots of sound advice. He also explained some things I didn't know. I was very appreciative of his knowledge.

Basic clean and check.
Description of Work: They said via email I could use as a clean and check for my units. I purchased 2. Then they said they will not allow for clean and check. I called them and they still would not help me. Really bad service.

AT THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE THERE WERE SEVERAL PROMOTIONS RUNNING ON BIG DEALS. UNFORTUNATELY the Customer PURCHASED THE INCORRECT COUPON. THE COUPON HE PURCHASED IS FOR SERVICE NOT MAINTENANCE. TOPTEC EXPLAINED TO the Customer THAT HE HAD PURCHASED THE INCORRECT COUPON AND THAT HE COULD USE THE 49.00 DEAL FOR ANY SERVICE ON HVAC, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICAL ISSUES FOR HIS HOME.

Description of Work: He installed a new electrical outlet for a basement refrigerator and fixed an exterior outlet that was not working. While he did a good job and was very nice, he charged $25 for every quarter hour after the first hour. The last 15 min he used my bathroom, wrote up my invoice and put his tools in his truck, all of which he charged me for (which he said was their policy that he put his tools in the truck while on the clock). I did not appreciate that so will not call them back. I felt as if I was being taken advantage of.

Terrific.
Description of Work: Company provided a very responsive and competent technician to inspect and correct a malfunctioning boiler. Boiler was not cycling correctly at the upper limit. Technician checked cycling functionality and everything was back to working order. He made some additional recomendations and we agreed to plan for a fall cleaning and check.
