Communication was not forthcoming as I had hoped in regards to project start date (single day project), but after I called, spoke to Tom and figured out a date, he was very responsive. Crew showed up on time and Tom arrived shortly after. There were some things I discussed with Tom that morning that did not get communicated to the team and several times I talked to the guys and asked when they were going to start on a portion of the yard, but they said Tom never instructed them to. My biggest grievance was that the crew accidentally snipped my low voltage lighting by not taking the obvious precautions of digging it up or flagging it first. This was never communicated to Tom when he arrived later in the day and created a headache for me. I did not find the responsiveness to my concerned email timely which made me wary that I would be SOL. A few days later I emailed the admin email address and sure enough someone was out within 48 hours to fix. Also had the guy do some work on my sprinklers that the sprinkler turn on company had neglected. If using TGF for another yard project, I would ensure I was at my home all day to oversee the work as there were some oversights and silly mistakes. Nevertheless, I would use them again as I believe they are well priced and easy to work with in terms of Landscapers. Looking to have them do a fall cleanup and other minor work. Grass came in nicely and happy with finished product.

Came on time even tho the temp was well below freezing and stayed til they completed all the work.

I purchased a home in Antioch, IL and the landscaping was neglected for years. TGF came out and provided an estimate for the work which I approved. They come out and trimmed all the bushes and trees, mowed the yard, edged all the beds and installed mulch. We had some real scraggly bushes we did not like which they removed and replaced with new evergreens. All of the work was completed in a timely manner and the end result was beyond my expectations. I would recommend TGF Enterprises to anyone looking for a good reliable landscaper!

The crew was very easy to work with, the office staff is very responsive.

Tom was very responsive in both his initial estimate and work completed. Sent a team back out when we reported an ant problem due to disruption of an ant hill during the excavating work. Professional and timely.
