Description of Work: Full removal of two layers of asphalt. New shingles, new decking in soft spots, new gutters, new kitchen vent fan, new solar tube and some new siding. | |They arrived on time on the day of the project. There must have been 10 guys at the busiest time. They worked fast and got the roof done in one day. There was not supposed to be any rain that day, even by the morning forecast. But it then rained for a good 4 hours in the afternoon. Not a drop got inside. | |The owner Keith, has a great eye for color and matching. The shingle color he said would be best did not seem like it to me, but it really worked well against the brick. | |I was also amazed at how different the house looked with the new siding (that replaced 40 year old cedar shingles) and the new roof and gutter. | |Shakes did an amazing job on this project.
