Description of Work: Replaced ceiling light with can lights. After we had him put these in where we wanted them we realized we wanted them moved. He moved these at his own expense. We have hired Anthony and his crew repeatedly. There is no other electrician we allow to work in our home. This last summer he put in Landscape lighting and did other basic electrical work for us ($1300...we purchased the lights). We also replaced another 2 ceiling lights with 5 can lights and installed two ceiling fans and switches ($1400). The only downside of hiring Anthony and his crew is that we don't even attempt minor repairs around here. He is great, clean, and his prices are very fair.

Same day good itemized quote and one of the better priced quotes, able to have start date availability during the quote, promised and delivered service repair as agreed, had quality skilled workers at site early and was there personally to inspect during the job process and completion . Description of Work: We purchased 2 certificates for fan installation for my mother. I called Anthony about the building before I made the appointment and was informed then that it was possible that the gift certificates might not apply to this very old building. Alex and a partner came to my mother's apartment with the idea that they would install 2 ceiling fans in her apartment, which is a very old building. She lives on the top floor. When they arrived, Alex realized that the ceiling is actually cement, and that they would not be able to just drill a whole and pull wiring through the existing walls and concrete ceiling. AFter talking with Anthony, they gave us a price of approximately $600 PER fan for installation. Due to the price, and the size of the apartment, we opted to only have one fan installed. Alex and his partner left to get supplies, returned, and were able to install the fan, using exterior wire coverings for the installation. The job was done cleanly and efficiently. I explained that my mom has vision problems and that 1) if they moved anything, they needed to make sure it was returned to its original position, and 2) that they needed to make sure that whatever switches were put in were easy to operate and that she understood how to do so before they left. Both were accomplished beautifully. Mom is thrilled with her fan, which has a light included. They gave her switches that can adjust both the lighting and the strength of the fan. In her small 600 sq. foot apartment, this one fan is perfect. The cost was higher than she would have liked, but the outcome is great. We will be calling Anthony to do some work in our home soon.

Description of Work: Anthony was asked to provide a quote for a meter socket replacement and a panel replacement. He was very attentive to detail and made several recommendations making sure I knew the options available. The quote was furnished quickly. I recommend their service.
