Description of Work: The Rein Electric rep came to my house and fixed several problem areas where service was either lacking, unreliable, or had other problems. He was excellent.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon for a ceiling fan install. Downside was I learned it was only to take down the "old" one and put the new fan on. This would have been little help - it doesn't take much of an electrician to do that. The upside however was that Rein was totally accommodating - great customer service. I was able to use the coupon towards an actual "new" fan installation which included putting in a junction box and tying into the existing electrical in the room. The install itself was quick, professional, affordable, and I was very happy with the attitude of the service people who performed the work. I will use these guys again in the future for sure.

Description of Work: I needed to to have ceiling fan installed. They showed on time and layed down a cloth to protect my carpet. After installing my fan we found I need a different down rod. They scheduled a second visit after I purchased the additional down rod. THey completed the instal and did not charge extra.. Deffinately use again.

Description of Work: The folks at Rein Electric were so helpful. I needed to replace an old ceiling fan and placed the order for service in summer. Rein was to install the new fan, remove the old -- I had to supply the fan. Due to a family illness, I was unable to get away to shop for fans. Rein guided me to a website, and a specific category (low profile fans) where I could select the right fan and then they offered to order it for me, as they would get a better price. When they received the fan, they contacted me to set up a service time (all the while, they have been very polite, helpful, professional and efficient -- in touch with me via phone calls and email). They gave me a conveniently narrow time frame to expect the installer, called again to let me know when he'd arrive. Installer was polite and very careful to wear shoe covers, to lay down a tarp beneath the ceiling and to clean up afterwards. All went smoothly and the fan is perfect. I would most certainly use them again.

I needed the wiring in my kitchen rewired. the two techs were able to accomplish both tasks in a professional and timely manner. I would use Rein Electric again in the future for my electrical needs.

Paul from Rein Electric came out and did repairs, answered all my questions, and provided great service. I am planning on updating a ceiling fan and some light fixtures. Description of Work: Couldn't be happier with my purchase of Angie's $159 whole house surge protection and electrical panel inspection. Their receptionist (Rachel?) was very knowledgeable about their services and also arranged for me to talk with owner Anthony concerning upgrading surge protector. Anthony returned my call and gave me a fair price on upgrade. Their electrician, Paul, arrived at 7am sharp and got to work. He examined my panel and clearly explained the entire process. Paul is very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions. What really impressed me the most was that he corrected at no extra charge a short on a wire in my panel (that I had previously caused during the week) and carefully customized wires in panel to prevent future incidents. He also informed me that they could make a sticker for my panel with all my circuits from the list of circuits I currently have typed on paper - Awesome idea! I was so impressed with their service that I asked Paul for estimates on servicing my whole house generator and a whole house protector for my phone and cable lines. Looking forward to working with them again.

Description of Work: I had a circuit breaker trip for a part of the basement and could not reset it. I had this company put in a whole house surge protector some time ago, using an Angies List big deal coupon, and I was impressed with the service, so I called again. And once again I was impressed with the service I received. The electrician found and corrected the problem in about an hours' time. He explained the problem thoroughly, was knowledgeable, and very professional. They are on my list of people to call for electrical problems.

Description of Work: I haven't spent anything yet -- Anthony just came out yesterday and is going to get me a proposal (I told him it wasn't a rush). I contacted him because my husband wanted to put low energy lights in an enclosed circle in our driveway. We already have 2 commercial grade lights that shine up on the tree in the center. Anthony was extremely helpful and quite honest. He said that in his opinion adding low energy lights would now save a substantial amount of money and wouldn't be as effective as the lights currently there. I was very impressed with his professionalism in not trying to sell something we didn't need. He would definitely be my first choice for future work.
