Description of Work: Basically I used this inspection and service as a feeler for the bigger job which was a panel replacement. On both visits they were great. They were on-time, efficient, and very patient explaining things to those of us who know nothing about the electrical work. | |I used them for this initial service, I used them again for the bigger job replacing my panel box, and I have also asked them to quote me on another job for another property. | |These guys are good.

Description of Work: Wanted to have 2 outlets installed, but ended up having the electrical panel upgraded. They were responsive, and did a very nice job. They were professional, punctual and courteous. When some of our lights didn't work, they came out immediately to remedy the problem. Unfortunately, we were not able to get the 2 additional outlets without a major rewire of our second floor, which was just too costly.

Description of Work: The guy did a great job but I don't believe he was an electrician so I hesitate to make that big deal out of the service. He just put in a whole house surge protector that, after watching him, I could have easily done myself. I'm saying that because I don't believe it was necessary to send out an electrician to do the job and is probably why they didn't send one. That is not to be considered a complaint because I don't mean it to be. I would think of hiring them again if I needed but I don't believe my rating of their work should be weighted very much because of the reasons I 've already stated.
