It went great, the tech was professional and very nice and understanding. He did the work that I asked him to and he did a neat job and got my garage working again after other contractors had come out and acted like they could not figure out what was wrong with it and one even told me that it was a underground issue and would cost thousands to fix. I paid only $189.00 and I am VERY satisfied. I have lots more work I would like for them to do.

I found them on Angie's List. They were very nice on the phone and I think the guy tried to be accommodating. The owner actually came back out because the guy he sent out was a slug. I did not use them. The company I did use took the time to troubleshoot what I wanted to do before they quoted me and it was a far jump of what Reins immediately wanted to do. There was no troubleshooting whatsoever and it saved me a lot of money by getting that second person come look at it. He was going to come and look and maybe quote. They did troubleshooting and it was totally different from what Rein was going to do. I will say they were responsive, but the guy that came out the first time did not even troubleshoot.

Excellent! Mr. Rein came out himself to assure us of safety of our old box until he could get a crew out. He had his crew there within 2 days, and he honestly tried to get them there the next day but they were scheduled. The work was excellent, it was the price that was quoted, and the follow-up was outstanding. I have used a couple of electricians in our area, but will only use Rein from now on. They were genuinely concerned, honest, the price was more than competitive, and the work was done exactly as promised. I could not recommend an electrician higher.

Fantastic! Anthony was very responsive, he fit us in even though it was a last minute request and his team did such a great job. We love the lights throughout our house now and the staircase lighting was done beautifully. Would definitely recommend and hire again!

E X C E L L E N T ! ! ! The owner, Anthony, was great. What started our relationship is I was having siding installed and ran into a problem with the installer making erroneous comments about my electric. I called Rein Electric and Anthony sent someone out the very next morning to assess the situation and calmed my fears. It was at that point I got an estimate from Anthony for the electrical work. After receiving an estimate from a competitor that was three times the amount from upselling, I did not have a good feeling from the competitor and went with Rein Electric. The electrician that did the work was polite and by golly, I didn't expect my grass to look as good after installing the underground conduit. I was very surprised how the electrician put the sod back the best he could and it was so hot out. If I need any additional electrical services, I'm calling Rein Electric.

Wonderful job!! Response time was amazing, was beyond patient to make sure I was happy. True perfection, would use Anthony and his company again in a heartbeat!

I called at 3:00 PM explained what was happening was told someone would call me back. At 3:15 I received a call back and scheduled a visit for 4:30 PM. Very happy with the quick turnaround. Main breaker was changed and verified that we were not using near the 100 AMP limit of the breakers. Answered all my questions and talked through options with me before settling on swapping the breaker as a starting point and seeing what happens after that..

Rein now has a customer for life. Excellent service and craftsmanship. Really appreciate their attention to detail, i.e. putting booties over their shoes to protect the floor and multiple drop cloths everywhere they worked. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent. The service providers were prompt, effective and knowledgable. I received a text message indicating they would arrive in 30 minutes. They assessed the situation and told me that additional work would be needed to bring the installation up to code. They covered my hardwood floors, so they would not be damaged. They installed to infrastructure by making meticulous cuts too the dry wall, so the end result would be flawless. They installed the fans, set-up the remotes and taught my husband and I how to operate the fans.

I called Rein Electric in the afternoon and they made an appointment to come out to my house the next day. They were on time and finished the work quickly. The price was very fair. Would us them again.

Greg was terrific, very impressed with the quality of work. He quickly removed an old chandelier and assembled and installed a new one. Installed 6 GFCI receptacles and took care of a few other small projects. Very professional and super nice. I think the cost of the job was fair. The only minor quibble is that we were charged for an extra 30 min, even though Greg was finished and cleaning up at the 2 hr mark, give or take 5 minutes. I think Rein should consider charging in 15 minute increments. But given the quality of the work, I was ok with the extra charge. Pro tip: to save time, try to purchase materials in advance or run out to get them while electrician is working on another project at your place. I learned this the hard way but this was our first time hiring an electrician so what can you do!

Rein provided same day service. I called around 8:30am and had a technician onsite around 2pm. Technician was knowledgeable and understood exactly what needed to occur. He didn't have the parts needed on-hand but after a quick trip was ready to begin. It took a little over an hour to replace two main circuit breakers. No help from ComEd was needed.

It went fantastic! Paul did a great job! Job was done on time, clean up was great, worker was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I am on a limited budget and Marin was absolutely fantastic. Service and quality was outstanding. He worked solid through all the requirements quickly and efficiently, while keeping detail to his work perfect. He also found a couple of other areas that could prove problematic and fixed it within the time frame we established. Rein Electric is now my #1 choice for electrical services and I would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended.

Perfect. Transparency about the job and materials to be used was as much as a consumer could ask for. Communication was top notch and everything works as expected.

Anthony, met me at a property my company manages to provide a quote for a laundry list of items that needed attention after a city inspection. He arrived on-time and thoroughly went through the list with me. He answered questions that I had as well as my tenant. We did not hire him only because we were dealing with an owner that did not have a lot of cash-flow and wanted to go with another company with which the owner had a personal relationship and was just a few hundred dollars less than Anthony's quote. We manage several properties in Chicago and I will definitely being hiring him the next time we have an electrical issue. Thanks to Anthony and his staff for being prompt and courteous!

I called Rein on Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday morning due to a cancellation. They arrived right on time, completed everything professionally and efficiently, and were a pleasure to work with.

The job went well but he will have to return to complete more projects. The track lighting transformer isn't an easy fix so he took it with him to analyze. However, he prepped the rest of the work so that he maximizes his time when he returns. He already installed a new dimmer switch and will hang the pendant lights upon replacing the transformer. He was a pro all the way.

Paul, who did the electric work was VERY clean, professional, friendly, prompt, patient, quiet and informative. We would definitely hire him in the future! Very impressed with him, but also the care he took to be so clean and tidy! AWESOME work!!! The communication with the company had already been very prompt. The office also contacted us the day of the service to say that Paul could come a bit earlier than the agreed time if it was ok with us. That was fine with us and so it worked great!

Showed up on time, installed both fans and cleaned up. Overall very satisfied.
