Great! Responsive....I sent an email and by 7:00am the next morning I had a response via email. Called Anthony and scheduled time for a Saturday appointment. The price was very fair as it took two guys to remove the old chandelier (which was very heavy) and replace it with a new one. They were both extremely neat and clean and left my house cleaner than when they arrived I think. Very pleased with this company. I'll use them for any electric work I have in the future.

It went very well. It was quicker than I thought it was going to be, and it wasn't too expensive, so that was good.

Anthony did a walk through and gave us an estimate for the work that was less than half of competitor electrical contractors. I was skeptical, because the price was so much lower, but decided to go with Rein because Anthony did his own work and expressed a genuine enthusiasm at the prospect of the job when the other bidders seemed to take the prospect for granted. Anthony gave me advice on shopping for a ceiling fan, and was extremely understanding and accommodating when I twice had to reschedule the job because of shipping delays with the fan. On the day of the job, he and his co-worker (sorry I forget his name) arrived on time and finished in the span he said they would. They were extremely polite, courteous, and respectful of our home (e.g. removing shoes upon entering until they had placed runners in the hallway and tarps in the work area.) All of the tasks were completed very neatly and aligned with my (high) expectations. A couple of details (e.g. type of wall plate being used) that I questioned or commented on during the job were adjusted to my preference with a "customer is always right" attitude rather than resistance. Some initial confusion about one of the requested tasks was also cleared up with additional communication. When they were done, everything was cleaned up and back in its place and the only evidence they had been there was the lack of a mess of wires along the baseboards of our family room. The final price for the job was lower than quoted because during the course of the job we decided to not run the ceiling fan to a wall switch.

I wanted to replace my service panel in order to add more opening. Anthony Rein was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had work done by Rein Electric. I called Anthony and got a quick respond. There were a couple of glitches. 1) Getting the permit from the village longer than expected because of the village's requirement. 2) ComEd delayed the start of the work, because they had to send someone to turn off the power going to the house. As you can see, Rein Electric had nothing to do with these glitches. Anthony and associate arrived at the house about 10 mins early. Then the ComEd delay. When work finally started, It lasted about 6 hours. In the meantime, Anthony brought a generator to power both the freezer and refrigerator for obvious reasons. When work was completed and because we had to wait for ComEd to turn the power back on, Anthony left the generator connected until ComEd showed up. Afterwards they cleaned-up the worksite. All and all I was very satisfied with the work done. (Next Day) The inspector said he was familiar with the Rein's work, he did a quick check and signed-off on the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Anthony's team came out on the appointed day and installed all four ceiling fans. All aspects of the clean up and vacuming were done by his crew. With the fans running perfectly, he even agreed that we didn't really need the extra wall control units that he had ordered specifically for our home and allowed us to cancel them off of the work order and the bill - saving us over $200.00. He called a couple of times after the installation to make sure we were happy and everything was working to our satisfaction. Excellent job by his whole team.

Contractor had to postpone first scheduled appt but arrived on time for the second appt. Tony and his helper did a professional job and actually did more than I expected.

What an exceptional company! From our first conversation I had an idea that Anthony and his team would do things right and boy did they. Very prompt response for an estimate and scheduling. I think there is a real benefit as he has a few men working for them so they got a lot done in a fairly short period of time. They were here promptly at 7 am and were very professional. Anthony (the owner) was in and out which was fine. The light fixtures were purchased in Italy and the boxes were not a typical size so he had to custom make the boxes (which he did not charge me for). He worked very hard to get them just right. I ordered the 6 ceiling fans online and they assembled and hung them. They reinforced the ceilings upstairs so that there was no wobbling. When one of the fans kept wobbling, they tried everything to get it to stop. After looking at the fan, we determined that it may have been damaged in shipment, as the motor sounded weird and one of the blades was dented. Anthony coached me on getting the return and offered to come back at no charge to hang the replacement even though the wobbling wasn't their fault. They used drop cloths and vacuumed up after themselve. I am highly impressed with the quality of the work, reasonable price and high service level. I will recommend them highly to all of my friends.

Mr. Rein was extremely professional and punctual when it came to my project. He asked me questions and gave me feedback and together we figured out the best electrical plan for my project. He executed our plan perfectly and I am happy to refer him to my friends and family.

Anthony was recommended by my sister who had lights installed in her entire house. We met with Anthony couple of times to finalize our lighting layout and budget. During this entire process, Anthony had a great follow through and I received prompt replies. When the work started, Anthony and his crew were always punctual and professional. We weren't aware of the amount of mess installing lights was going to create, but they protected my floor and furniture from the dust. They cleaned up the dust after each work day as well. Due to our budget constraint we could not do the recommended lighting layout, but Anthony still installed some ambient lighting on our art wall which turned out great. Anthony and his team were wonderful to work with and we appreciated their creativity when it came to lighting layout. We're extremely happy with the service received and the ease of which everything happened. Even though Rein Electric is the only electrician we've work with, we are happy to say that he's the only one we will work with in the future.

While the homeowner was removing some paneling late on a Saturday, a bare wire touched a receptacle box, causing a spark and partial power outage at the house. A number of electrical contractors were called because the sump pump was tied into an outlet that had lost electricity and the owner was afraid of potential flooding, which had previously occurred, even with a battery backup. Rein Electric promptly returned the message left on his machine, suggested using an extension cord to temporarily tie the sump pump into an active electric outlet, and called the next day to make arrangements to come out the same day. It was discovered that a previous electric contractor had made a poor connection between the outside power lines where they attached to the house at the riser and the owner's lines into the house. He repaired this connection which solved the partial power outage inside the house. The contractor was courteous and very responsive to our "emergency" request. I would have no hesitation using this firm again.

The man who did the renovation on the room recommended this electrician for the wiring work in the "new" room, and I am glad they did. He was professional and neat and everything works just fine. There were no surprises along the way and the cost was included in the pricing for the general remodel. I would call him again for any other electrical work that comes up.

The work has been of very good quality. He is very prompt and very customer-oriented.

Anthony and his team were extremely friendly and professional. His pricing was reasonable compared to larger companies that quoted the job. He worked with us on options to reduce the price and still get what we wanted. They worked quickly to get our newly-purchased home up to code for the village inspector, as well as upgrade our electrical system to 100 Amp and install data/voice jacks and cable throughout the house. When we had a few issues a few weeks after the install, Anthony came out and corrected all of them, plus did some additions we wanted. We will definitely use Rein Electric again for any electrical needs in the future!
