Horribbly! Do not hire this company if you want good customer service. The head of this company came out to give us an estimate. I told him what I wanted done and he said he could not do it for the amount we had to spend. I then asked if he would work with us to do work within our budget and he replied that he would not. He would only do it in the way he wanted and would no consider doing it any oher way. I the coure of the discussion I discovered he had made certain assumptions about the work we wanted. When I pointed this out and asked if he could do the work the way we actually wanted, he refused and then walked out in a huff. We had purchased a Deal through Angje's list for his services and I believe when he found we were trying to keep our budget to what we had already spent, he was upset this would not be a large job. He had no interest in gaining a new customer through good customer service, he just wanted to earn a lot of money right off the bat. Too bad for him, we would have had more work for him to do had this worked out.

One person, very professional, arrived right on time, and did a thorough job. Spent close to 5 hours at our house.

He was very personable and professional. He took his shoes off so he didn't track dirt into our home. He also laid down plastic to ensure he didn't make a mess. The ceiling fan is installed perfectly, it doesn't move or make a lot of noise like our last one did and Alex even explained the different settings we can use for wintertime vs. summertime.

After calling Anthony and his company about a buzz we were hearing with the fan, he sent someone out the very same day to check on it - without charging us. The technician, Mike, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Together, we got creative to reduce the sound. So like Anthony said on the phone, customer service is priority. Highly recommend them!

We had an Angie's List Big Deal, so the price was good. I was able to negotiate an additional amount to do work that was beyond the scope of the Big Deal, but they were very fair in price. The worker came on time and did a great job on the installation. For the master bedroom ceiling fan, they were able to place it into the ceiling without disturbing any of the drywall or making extra cuts - which is great, as that would have required us to repaint. Very easy company to work with. Would recommend.

Very well. Technicians were very pleasant, worked fast, and had my kitchen electrical up and running within 45 minutes.

Anthony and his crew were professional, efficient, and diligent. With recent summer storms, sump pumps needed repaired but the electrical outlet had blown and had to be replaced first. Anthony did that immediately so that the plumber could then repair/replace sump pumps. He returned a few days later and repaired original outlets (house is 30 years old) that had started to fail. We would definitely call Rein Electric for any electrical repairs needed in the future.

Service was prompt and courteous. Anthony came out for a free consult for where to put the recessed lights. The electricians were all polite and neat. I only wish they fixed the holes in the ceiling, but it was in a disclaimer in the contract.

Everything went really smoothly and I am very happy with the job.

It was a very easy process. Once I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for this service, I immediately called and scheduled. We were able to put it on the calendar for about 2 weeks later. There was a little confusion the day of regarding the scheduling, but they arrived very quickly. The work was done well and very efficiently. I would absolutely call them again.

The workers were very polite. Once they arrived they introduced themselves and asked what needed to be done. Once I explained, they asked questions when they had them and finished in about 1 1/2 hours. The showed me how to use the remote, change the fans color,and how to adjust the fan. They cleaned up when they were done and placed my old fan in the box so all I had to do was throw it away. They were professional and curteous by placing something on my wooden floors so they wouldn't dirty or scratch it, and went out of their way to find light bulbs for my fan.

The service was excellent. I was able to set up my appointment by visiting the company website and submitting an e-mail. After a prompt response, I had my appointment ready to go. Paul, our electrician, showed up on time and was a true professional from start to finish. He made sure to find out what exactly we were looking for with the fan install, etc., before providing his own input (which turned out to work even better than our own plan). He then got to work, using the fan I had already purchased (unboxing, assembling and installing it in the ceiling). He also did all of the wiring, running electricity from another location in my house to the spot where the fan's electrical box would need to be installed. He also installed the receiver for a wireless remote I had purchased for the fan. All told, my total for the day was $150 (this included the purchase of my Angie's List Big Deal, as well as an additional $75 on the installation day for the fan's electrical box). The job was done cleanly and quickly; if you had not seen my bedroom before the ceiling fan install you would probably assume the unit had always been there! Paul was very considerate and wore booties the entire time to protect my floor and carpet. He also used his own drop cloths to protect the area where he needed to cut into the drywall; even if you had come later that day, you would not have known there had been electrical work done that morning. I would not hesitate to call Rein again if I need more electrical work done.

I took advantage of Rein's Big Deal --$75.00 for replacing a ceiling fan. When I called to schedule my appointment I had to book a couple of weeks out--which was fine. They arrived exactly on time ( which I loved and don't usually experience with service people) and got to work. They installed the fan pretty quickly and took the old fan to the curb for garbage pick up. The room was left perfectly clean. I'm very satisfied with the job they did and their professionalism. I would definately recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

Anthony was great to work with. He scheduled the install at a time that was convenient for us. They showed up right on time and were very professional. There was no mess at all and the ceiling fan works great. They even answered a couple of my stupid electrical questions without making me feel like an idiot. We would certainly use Rein Electrical in the future.

I purchased a Big Deal for Rein Electric to install a ceiling fan. It was for a relatively small room with a very sloped ceiling so they came out to look at the ceiling and gave me a list of what I needed to buy. They were pretty booked up, so I didn't get an installation date as quickly as I wanted, but it was a fair trade-off considering that they let me re-book at the last minute when it turned out that I had to go back to the store to pick up a part. They were very friendly, did a great job and didn't charge extra for the additional advice and time they spent on my project. I would use them again.

We had a power outage. Of particular concern was the air conditioning as the temperature was over 90 degrees (100 with heat index). My husband told me to call an electrician, and I looked on Angie's List for a recommendation. I chose Rein Electric--it sounded like he had a good track record. Anthony was punctual and professional. However, after he'd examined our circuit box/electrical supply, he informed me that he could do nothing for us and we needed to call Com Ed (which I had told my husband in the first place but he rejected the idea!). Anthony then proceeded to charge me $120. Had I not had a 10% off coupon from Angie's List, I would have had to pay the full fee.I understand that providers need to make a living, but the charge seemed excessive for what was done, which was no real work and only a diagnosis of the problem. I could see paying a nominal fee, but $120???? I will not call Anthony again for this reason.

They came out and gave a free estimate on how much it would cost to install ceiling fans to make sure the coupon would cover it. My home is older, so a lot extra work needed to be done. They were on time, polite, and friendly. They were friendly with my dog, who was very interested in them. I offered to put her away, but they stated they didn't mind her being out. They put everything back when they were done and were respectful of my home. Although they were only out to do an estimate, they pointed out a light fixture that was mounted incorrectly and repaired it without charge.

I left a voicemail on a weekend with Anthony letting him know that I wanted to schedule the install on 07/09/2011. He called me back and left me a message with his email address suggesting that we use that to arrange scheduling. We went back and forth several times on scheduling until I finally seemed to have fallen off of his radar and he did not respond to an email I sent with a few days I was hoping his guys could come out. I called during regular business hours and was able very quickly to set up a time and date (08/08/2011 between 10am and noon). On the day of the install, I missed a call from a number I did not recognize around 8am (two hours before my appointment). No voicemail was left. When no one showed up after noon, I called Anthony and he explained that the job before me had cancelled and his guy had tried to reach me because he was actually right outside my building. He was apologetic and asked if he could call me back. When he did, he told me that his crew could come out at 3pm that afternoon. When they did arrive, everything went smoothly. Anthony's guys (2) were extremely polite and friendly. They put a tarp down to protect my floor from any falling debris. They made sure to ask what options I wanted with the fan assembly. It seems there was an additional wire needed to be run from the ceiling to the switch. For this they charged me an additional $33.00. They guys cleaned up, left me all of the packaging and put it all back in the box for me to decide what to do with it. The fan works great, looks spectacular and I am very happy with how they conducted the installation.

Excellent. They told us it would not work to install a second fan and I appreciated their honest advice. They also wore booties to protect my floor and cleaned up any mess that was left. They offered to install bulbs in hard to reach places which was also great. They really go the extra mile for customers. The only thing I would say is to call if they are running late. We thought they weren't coming after an hour. I am glad they did because the work was great.

It was a wonderful experience working with Rein electric. We got a fair estimate from Anthony (the owner) in advance and based on reviews on Angies list, i decided to use his services. Two gentlemen arrived at our home and it took them around 2-3 hours per fan ( depending on room layout). They were highly professional, courteous and got the job done on time. They cleaned up promptly after their work. My spouse and kids were delighted with their new fans (with lights). I especially liked our two installers. They were very friendly, professional and good listeners. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I am considering using Rein electric for another project - installing recess lighting in my living room.

They installed a ceiling fan on a pre-existing ceiling socket. They were very fast (about 30-40 min), dealt with my multiple dogs well and cleaned up after tehmselves. Will hire again as an electrician when needed.
