He was very personable. I appreciated how he went above and beyond to do some extra tasks that weren't really involved in the project.

The installer (Chris) battled terrible traffic on a stormy day and still arrived within the estimated time. The first thing I noticed was that Chris put on "booties" to cover his shoes when walking through our house. Why don't all service people do this?! It's such an easy thing to do and makes the visit so much more pleasant. Chris installed the device and checked out our electrical panel, making sure that all connections were tight. He did a great job and answered my few questions. I will definitely use Rein again.

I had a power surge that knocked out one outlet (not a circuit breaker); additionally I had two small projects to be addressed: an outdoor outlet that didn't work and a hanging light fixture that just stopped working. I called to inquire about availaility and was able to get an appointment within two days. The receptionist/in-office personnel was very friendly and helpful in determining if it would make sense for me to get the Angies Deal first. We decided against it at this time. Service Professional arrived on time (was given a window of one hour for arrival time) and was very professional and friendly. He took care of all three items (corroded outlet box and new wiring needed) in about 35 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

They were on time, professional and did the work quickly. The fan works great. No wobbling. He also was kind enough to take a look at another fan in the home that was making a noise. He fixed that. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with Rein was very good from start to finish. The representative that came to the house to look at the problems was very informative and not all pushy. We just purchased the home and the inspector told us we should consider and new breaker box and informed us that could run $900 to $1200. Rein charged us $900 to replace the breaker box and an additional $300 for the other work around the house. He also gave us a very good price on the installation of two ceiling fans which we ultimately decided not to do. The workers showed up on time (start time of 7:30am which was great for me) and were very efficient. Mike seemed to be a very good electrician and also passionate about his work, he wanted to take photos of the particularly bad wiring in our basement to show his friends before removing it and he asked our permission before he took the photos. He also saved parts of our old breaker box for his collection as it was an old and rare breaker box. They worked hard and finished the work in about 5 hours. I will definitely call them in the future. My only complaint is that they are not so good with e-mail (hence the "B" for responsiveness). The representative that came out to the house to give us our estimate said he would e-mail me what work we had agreed on and the price. He did not. The electrician told me as they were leaving that he would e-mail me the list of breakers so I could label them after two days I had to call Rein to remind them to e-mail me the list. They are very easy to deal with over the phone. Not a huge deal and overall my experience was great.

He was on time, courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. He was also a professional, I wish he was my brother in law, and he also spoke English which was wonderful!

Rein Electrical was very prompt and professional with setting the appointment and completing the job. In addition, I asked they fix a minor electrical issue in my garage and they fixed the issue and at a very reasonable charge. I would use Rein again and would recommend to friends and family.

They showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They wore shoe covers and put down a drop cloth. They installed the four light fixtures, cleaned up afterwards and it looks amazing. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs. I am a totally satisfied customer.

They had good ratings on Angie's List. We've been looking for an electrician to come out for 5 or 6 months. They went above and beyond my expectations. They came out and inspected. They explained what needed to be done, and what didn't have to be done. They took their time and told us exactly what they had to do.

Called to schedule Big Deal installation and was quickly given an appointment. This was our second Big Deal purchase from Rein Electric, so we expected great work. Paul, who worked on our last Big Deal, arrived on time. He explained the work and the estimated time for installation. Once the surge protector was installed, Paul reviewed the operation and provided us with the original packaging. He found our electrical panel to be in good shape, so only a few connections needed to be tightened. He took the time to give us his expert advice on a few electrical questions. Another great job!! We will turn to Rein Electric for our future electrical needs.

Overall things went very well. We took several bids on this project and Anthony from Rein seemed the most responsive, less intimidated by the scope of the work, and came with his own ideas and suggestions. The price was comparable to the others. He had one point man that did most of the work with us, and that made a huge difference from other contractors on the job. His name is Chris and he was excellent. He was very professional, knowledgeable, approachable. The project seemed to become more involved than our experience and time as our own GC allowed, but if these guys were annoyed by that, they did not let on!The demo was seamless and the coordination with our carpenter to rebuild was flawless, for the most part. If there was any question about the plan or what was going on, Anthony was immediately available and stopped by often to check on things and answer any questions that came up. Anthony was also very good at helping to choose light fixtures. He has very good taste and recognized the design elements of our style of home and our personalities. The team was very respectful of our time and was not pushy at all, no "upsell." Very laid back, which we REALLY appreciated!

I decided to check with this company for lighting needs based on the reviews they've received on Angie's List. What a pleasant experience this has been. Punctuality should be an A+. I initially emailed them with a request for an estimate. Within 2 hours Anthony called me and set up a time to come out. He showed up exactly when he said he would. So did Paul and Gary on installation day. When Anthony gave me the estimate he advised me of what would be the optimal choice for the number of recessed lights and also provided option for fewer lights for about $300 less depending on what my budget is. I opted for the optimal choice but I really appreciate that he is willing to work with you and your budget. Anthony scheduled the installation for the next week. While I knew I wanted recessed lighting I had no idea of how they should be placed. No need to worry about that. They design it for you. Installation was a smooth process. It took them a total of 5-6 hours. During the installation Paul told me that they found a broken switch for the dining room light. (It's in the same box as one of the switches for the hallway). They replaced that one too. Invoice was exactly what he said it would be. I used Angie's coupon which saved me some money. End result is wonderful. Work areas on countertops and stove are well lit and with the dimmers I can get as much or as little light as I want. I definitely would use them again. Guess it's time to try to save for my next project.

The technician (Paul) was very prompt and courteous. He was careful to ask my preferences before placing the equipment. All in all a great experience. If I need an electrician, they're my first call.

I had been looking into having a whole house surge suppressor installed for several months, and when I saw the Rein Electric surge suppressor/inspection package as an Angie's List Big Deal Coupon, I decided it was a good time to get the work done. I purchased the coupon, and set up an appointment. The technician, Kelly, arrived as scheduled, but ran into a little snag. It seems the vast majority of surge suppressor installations involve adding the suppressor to the outside of the electrical panel. Unfortunately, my panel is installed in a finished wall in my basement between two studs, and as a result, there's no room to add anything external to the panel. In my case, a surge suppressor needs to be installed inside the panel, in the space of a pair of circuit breakers. Rein didn't have the suppressor in stock, but ordered it. A week later, Kelly returned and completed the job quickly. While he was doing the inspection, Kelly noticed that there were signs of water near the conduit opening leading down from the electrical meter. He attributed that to the lack of any insulation in the conduit, which permitted air to travel freely between the meter box on the outside of the house, to the inside of the electrical panel in the basement. Warm, relatively humid air from the basement meeting cold, dry air from the outside in the winter is a recipe for condensation. This was solved by the addition of duct seal in the conduit opening at the electrical meter. All-in-all, I was quite satisfied with the service performed and would use Rein again for electrical work. The only reason I rated responsiveness as "good" was the fact that two visits were needed to complete the work.

Paul and Gary installed two ceiling fans for us. They walked into the house and immediately put protective covering on their shoes. We were off to a good start! They were quiet as church mice. Covered our beds with drop cloths and made no noise whatsoever. Paul asked if we wanted him to show us how to use the remote too. Both Paul and Gary were polite and very respectful of our home. We have asked the gentlemen to provide a quite on additional electrical work. We were very impressed!.

Kelly came in with shoe covers and a carpet cover as to not upset the wife and then he went right to work. Not only did he get the job done but he was punctual, neat and very organized. He also notice wires hanging down which he took care of JUST BECAUSE it needed doing!!! What repair guy does that. I was so pleased with his work I am already looking forward to having the guys come back for some ceiling fan hanging in the next couple of weeks. If you want professionalism from the time you call the office, great pricing, and the ability to keep Momma happy then I say "Let it REIN" : ) GREAT JOB, GREAT SERVICE, BOTTOM LINE.,

The gentleman arrived at the appointment time and started to work right away.We were pleased with the service, even though it has not solved our satellite problem. We are happy that we have the surge protector and that our panel boxes were inspected. We would use this company again.
