All the work was completed on schedule and there have been no problems. This was a very good experience!

I really liked him. He was really good and thorough. He explained everything. He came exactly when he said he was going to come. The job took multiple days and each day he showed up when he said he was going to. He was very pleasant to work with.

Great! We had Paul come to do the estimate and he was able to make it early so he did both the estimate and the work in about 2 hours. he was also really helpful in talking through some options based on their effectiveness and price.

Kelly arrived during the 1 hr window we had been told and he performed the purchased electrical service. After installing the surge protector, he explained how it worked and answered our questions. He put on shoe protectors (blue booties) as soon as he entered our front door to protect my flooring and carpets - loved this! Pleasant experience! We will use Rein Electric again.

Had a very good experience. Was given a two hour window when electrician would show up. Was called promptly the morning the work was to be done and given an exact time they would show up. Electrician was clean, courteous and explained what he was doing. He was up front with the cost and how long the work would take. Cleaned up after himself and solved all my problems. Did all this in under the promised time. Plus I was given a discount for being an Angie's list member!

Rein did an excellent job of replacing the fan and no complaints from my tenants.

I was thrilled with the work. They were punctual and great with communication. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. One of the drum light fixtures had a vertical seam on it and he made sure that the seam was facing a direction that was barely visible from the main thoroughfare. He gave me his opinion on the location of the track lights, pointing out the reason for his opinion. He also recommended the length of the wire for positioning the drums lights at the right height. Ultimately it was my decision where I wanted the lights to go, but he was right-on with his recommendations. The lights changes made a huge difference, especially the track lights. They make the living/dining room more usable.

I was very pleased. I was able to set up an appointment quickly, and the technician arrived promptly. He was clean, courteous and very professional. He assembled the ceiling fan (it was still in the box), wired the room so that the wall switch controlled the fan, and also attached a remote I had purchased to operate the fan. When he was done with the work, he cleaned up the area, and showed me how to operate the fan and the remote. He completed the work very quickly, too. I was so pleased with the work that I asked him for an estimate on some other work in my home. I would definitely use this company again.

We had used them previously when we lived in Chicago. They were excellent. The owner, Tony, is fantastic. They were professional and prompt.

We had several issues with lights in our home and decided to find someone that could help us fix them. We did not know anyone in this field, so we joined Angie's list to find someone to help us. We looked through the electrical contractors and read the reviews and decided to contact Rein Electric. We called and spoke to a woman in their office. We set up an appointment for the following week. The technician would come at 7:00 am on September 19th. He would give us a price and, if we chose to, he would complete the work that day as well. Paul arrived at exactly 7:00 am and, after looking at the different things, gave me a price. He said he thought all of the problems we had were due to really old switches and not any wiring issues. I told him to go ahead. He finished the work in about an hour. We thought it would be much more expensive, but it was under $200.00. Paul was a pleasure to have in our house and it is wonderful to have everything working correctly. I would certainly recommend Rein Electric to anyone I knew that needed electrical work done. It was a great first experience with Angie's List.

We purchased a Big Deal coupon for $75.00 for the replacement of a ceiling fan. Rein Electric responded promptly to our call and we scheduled an appointment. The representative came on time and handled the replacement very efficiently.

Initial phone call to Anthony at Rein- Explaining the issue that we were experiencing went extremely well, and I asked for Saturday service. Anthony said he would check to see if any of his employees were available on Saturday. Chris called me on Saturday morning to say he had a job within 15 miles of my house that he needed to do and would let me know if he could make it to my house before 4:00 p.m. Chris called at approximately at 12:45 and said he would be at my door in a half hour. Right on time!! Chris assessed the issue, and went to work and roughly 1 hr and 15 minutes later the job was complete, and this job was done in a finished basement with a drop ceiling. Chris is a true professional and a very courteous individual. In my opinion, communication and working with the customer is first and foremost when it comes to contractor professionalism. Rein exhibits both of these attributes. I now have an electrical company that I will certainly use again, and highly recommend to others.

Great service from first call to completed projects! Rochelle helped with our first call with questions and was able to schedule our project with a week, and provided us with a rough price quote over the phone. When the 3-man team arrived, they were helpful, friendly, didn't mind the noise from kids and dogs, and gave good, common sense-type advice. Before they started to work, Kelly went over a detailed price quote, which was very reasonable for all the work to be done. The guys went right to work and six hours later all our projects were done, and done very well. Now that this work is off our "do list", we're ready to get going on the next project, and will not consider any other electricians other than Rein Electric. So glad to have found them on Angie's List!

They did a very good job. They were very nice and came on time. They did everything just the way we wanted.

Scheduling was great! They offered a day (2 days out from when I was calling to schedule), but I wasn't available, so they offered to come out the next day (1 day service). Electrician (Paul) arrived on time, introduced himself, and I showed him to the electrical panel in our basement. He showed me the surge protector and how and where he wanted to install it before he started the install. He installed the surge protector in under 20 mins, and then walked me through what he was looking for while inspecting the panel. He told me that my panel looked great, and that he didn't see any problems with anything. He asked if I needed anything else done, and I asked him for an estimate on installing a light fixture (that I had already purchased) in my stairway. He brought his ladder in, took some measurements, looked at the light fixture, and then did some math. I accepted his estimate and he started work. He carefully measured out the chain supplied with the fixture and remeasured 2 or 3 more times before holding up the fixture and asking me if I was ok with the placement height. I said it was ok, and he went to work. In under 30 mins, he had the fixture wired and installed. He was very friendly and courteous the entire time he was here, and was happy to answer any questions I had.

All the work was done excellently--totally professional, punctual and quickly without sacrificing quality. The guys were knowledgeable, polite and clean--meaning they did not track dirt into the house and were careful to put covers on their boots. A small thing, but it really indicates that these guys care. Top-notch service. They even made a return trip to address a related issue and make a small repair that was outside the scope of the initial job. We will definitely enlist the services of Rein again for future upgrades--such as interior light design. I recommend them without reservation.

I had purchased the wrong piece for the work. They told me the right piece to get and were very efficient.

went perfectly.electrician arrived on time at 7:15. we went over the scope of work. he needed to get a couple of special switches to fit our current configuration. quickly went to home depot and secured the proper parts. he did all the work quickly and quietly and perfectly.

Two electricians arrived, on time, and introduced themselves as Chris & Steve. Very professinal. They went right to work inspecting the wiring, which they said was in great shape and installing the surge protector. The entire visit took about 2 hours and they were done.

Rein Electric was extremely prompt for the estimate, and then also for the work to be done. Both gentlemen I met were very polite and excellent in getting the job done quickly. The job was done with no mess left afterwards. I was very pleased with the work done.
