We had four ceiling fans installed in rooms that already contained boxes to mount fans. From scheduling to final walk through, everything was handled very professionally. I would highly recommend this company.

They came, they installed, they cleaned up, they got paid, and they left. Work was good, professional, and fast. No problems or complaints.

We worked out a deal and to speed up the process my wife and I actually helped him finish what he said was a 3-4 hour job in less than 45 minutes. We are happy with the end result, but we were not happy about a company trying to take us to the cleaners and screw us out of what they said was going to be about 700-800 dollars on a very simple job. I received a phone call to discuss my original review. He was unhappy that I had given him a bad review. He tried to explain the situation but was upset that I gave him a bad review. I tried to explain to him that while we were happy with the overall result, the only reason we only had to pay 160 was because we told the genteman who came that we were unaware of the hourly service price. Needless to say, They made a mistake but not disclosing all of the pricing information, and then tried and succeeded in fixing a problem.

The two installers were polite and worked expeditiously, taking care not to damage the lawn adjacent to the work area. They even relocated some of the excavated soil to nearby bushes.

They came on time and explained everything thoroughly. I'm very happy with the experience.

Wonderful crew, did a terrific job, and put me in touch with an excellent painter to repair the dry wall and repaint the affected portions of my ceiling. I highly recommend them. Courteous, prompt, and trustworthy.

Great Experience Gary and Kevin, the two Technicians, we very knowledge, Professional and well mannered. With in about 15 minutes they had isolated the circuit and began repairing the problem. Both my wife and I were very satisfied and glad we had Rein Electric come to the house and work their magic.

Anthony and his crews are knowledgeable, prompt, and great to work with. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

They were professional and had to reschedule because they didn't have the right part. They did a good job, but labor charges just seemed a little overpriced. After installing the whole-home surge protector, I asked them to install two motion sensor switches I had purchased from Home Depot, but were unable to install on my own.

Done in a little more than an hour & he showed me exactly what was found and what my options were.

Quality. Great guys to work with. They explained all the jobs that they needed to do in detail so communication was great throughout. No issues since. Recommended.

Great job of fixing wiring problem in older home. Changed out wiring and circuit breakers that were very old and worn. Made me feel safe in my home again. Thanks for another job well done.

I called to schedule an appointment to have an electrician come out to give me an estimate on doing some wiring work in my family room and dining room. I wanted to check the cost of adding wiring and a switch to add lighting scones to those rooms. When I booked the appointment for March 30, 2013 at 4:30 PM, I was told that Anthony would be coming to provide the estimate. Well, 4:30 PM came and went and no Anthony and no call. I understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly and an appointment must be canceled or changed. However, it's really poor customer service not to at least call and let the potential client know. Thankfully, there are no shortage of electricians, and one of them is very likely to get my business -- but it certainly won't be Rein Electric.

Everything went perfectly with no complaints whatsoever.

The work was done at my daughter's house. Her husband felt that the price was high, but Rein did good work, arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. That counts for a lot. I'm going to have Rein install some outside lights, ceiling fans and ceiling lights at my own house. So that fact that we're going to use them again is probably the best indication that we were happy with their work.

Very cursory service. We know we have electrical problems but he wasn't really that helpful overall on our concerns with the electric outlets. Just made minor change to the panel.

We asked for an estimate to have some light fixtures installed in our kitchen and to have electricity brought into our pantry. Anthony responded quickly and came out quickly. He was thorough in assessing our needs and gave us an estimate on the spot. He followed up shortly thereafter. We were very impressed with him. His pricing was unfortunately outside our budget and we were able to find a contractor, also on Angieslist, who fell within our budget. We would definitely consider Anthony for future work if we needed it. He appears to be highly professional and knowledgeable.

No issues, they showed up when scheduled and completed the work that day in about 3 hours.

Rein Electric Inc. has a person that handles communication, so when you call, there's somebody there. I called them this morning and asked them to call me when they were about 15 minutes, so I can meet him over there. She said fine and the guy called me and he gave me a window from like 2:00 to 4:00, when he would be there. He said he'd be there at 2:30 and he and another man showed up. They got the problem fixed. They checked various things and everything seemed to be working, so that was very good. I had called them that day and they were the only company who was willing to come out that day. So, they came out when they said they were going to.

The young man who came to do the service didn't really understand the Big Deal coupon so I paid again for the service so I had to get a refund for the extra charge. The young guys who came out were not that experienced so I wasn't sure what the young guys did was correct. When I had questions about it, the owner came out and was very professional, very responsive and he rectified everything. I think that the responsiveness of correcting the problem is more of an indication of good service and professionalism than just of doing great work. To me, that gives them a better rating.

Overall the experience was good. They contacted me right away and they were able to get everything done that same day.

I ended up getting a refund because I wanted to place a fan where there wasn't one already, which the Big Deal did not cover.
