Paul did a great job, and arrived early but called ahead of time to confirm that the earlier time frame was acceptable to us. Worked quickly, and we are very happy with the results. We were also interested in getting suggestions on replacing track lighting in our new condo (concrete ceiling) and Paul offered his advice and then recommended that we make an appointment to have Anthony come out to provide us suggestions on design and estimates. As promised, later that day I received a call from Rochelle who scheduled an appointment for us to meet with Anthony. We are very pleased with their services, and recommend them. Thanks

Service was wonderful and below the estimate. They grounded all the outlets on the second floor and then fixed a couple problem spots. They also wired a light to a new switch for me. All within 2 hours plus materials.

It was fine. the installer was very informative about the workings of a whole house protector. It was very helpful. this was an Angie's Big Deal offer so scheduling the appointment took a little extra time due to a big response to the offer.

I purchased an Angie's List deal/offer for this service because of the attractive price and because I had a favorable experience using Rein Electric a few months ago to install a driveway post-light. Kevin arrived at the appointed time (actually a few minutes early) and proceeded to check my panel. Because of the panel's location, it was necessary for him to modify some of the surrounding wall materials to insert the surge protector. Despite the challenge, he made the modifications and installed the protector, completing the job within an hour. He was courteous and professional, cleaning up after the job. I have no qualms about using Rein Electric again or recommending them.

Chris in the office worked to get me connected w/ somone who could help me same day. I am so glad that Kevin was kind enough to take our call. Kevin absolutely exceeded my expectations. He was punctual, professional and quality focused. He helped us with a variety of items and we made a list of "to dos" for in the future. I'm a curious person and he took the time to explain what he was doing and how it worked which I appreciate very much. The prices were very reasonable. Sometimes I feel like we get really price gouge by service providers. We just moved into the area and it is such a nice relief to have an electrician that we trust as it relates both to pricing and quality of work. We now know we can contact Rein for jobs moving forward (without having to call multiple companies to compare prices). I highly recommend Rein and Kevin. If I could give anything higher than an "A" for punctuality, professionalism, and responsiveness I would. I called Wednesday for an appointment. On Friday, Anthony came and assessed several projects I needed done. By Monday, I had a detailed proposal. While I was still shopping around, Anthony took the initiative and followed-up with me on my decision and answered several questions I had. While their price was a bit high compared to others, my experience is a true testament of "you get what you pay for". On install day, two technicians showed up earlier than the appointment time which worked out for everybody. They wore booties the entire time inside the home and covered the entire work area. They worked quickly and the finished product worked flawlessly. One hiccup, however, was that they did not install the dimmers I had requested. They brought their own dimmers and unfortunately they did not match other dimmers I had. I was able to schedule another appointment to have it corrected. In the days leading up to the follow-up appointment, I received a "thank you" card in the mail from Rein. This was a nice gesture considering I hadn't even paid for the service yet. The follow-up technician also arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Work was done quickly and at price quoted (although it was quite high for job).

Paul (Rein's service representative) first came to our home and provided us with an estimate for the exhaust fan/ light combo in our master bath. He was both punctual at that time and helpful in selecting the type of fan/light we should consider. He arranged for the installation immediately following our approval and set it up at a time convenient to us. Paul returned for the installation following a call from Rein's offices asking if he could come earlier on the day of the appointment, which was very acceptable to us. He arrived at the newly scheduled time, was very business-like in his workmanship and efficiency and installed the unit in about 1 1/2 hours, having to remove the old unit first. His work was excellent, he insured the proper running condition of the unit and cleaned up every bit of debris caused by the installation. We will use Rein in the future should we have any electrical needs or questions.

We lost power to our 2nd floor and could not find the problem. On Friday, I called several electricians and Rein Electric was able to send someone out that afternoon. Keven arrived promptly at the time we were told he would arrive. After checking several outlets he was able to determine where the problem was; he was very patient in determining which outlet was causing the problem (it is an old house). When he completed the repair, he checked everything again before he left to make sure all the electric was working. We had a very positive experience with Kevin and Rein Electric, felt the cost was very reasonable, and would definitely call upon them for any future work we may need.

There were no issues with scheduling or anything like that, but Rein Electric Inc. did have to come back. They just installed a ceiling fan, but due to the electronics in it, there was another ceiling fan that was up there and he didn't change the frequencies on it, so lights would go on for no reason. They came back to take care of it.

Everything was fine and it was good. I had bought a switch but they came with their own so it was good because I was able to return the one I had bought. I was surprised that the dimmer switch was included. I have nothing bad to say. It was excellent service. They came on time and they also called to let me know that they were on their way.

On time, courteous and polite. Professional acccurate and gave me my choices before doing repair. Very pleased.

The impromptu design session, prep work, installation, and clean-up were all performed exceptionally well. I appreciated the chance to participate in how the lights were laid out, and their professionalism.

Talked with Rochell on Friday, and she was able to schedule Kevin to come out the next day, Saturday @ 8am. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced a bank of 3 switches, with a bank of 4 switches in our family room, swapping out a dual dimmer switch with two single dimmer switches. Kevin was able to make this change without opening up our wall beyond what was needed to add the 4-gang switch box - you'd never know he was there, except for the fact our lights are now working perfectly. Our previous contractor had wired an LED can light, together with 3 Incandescent puck lights, on a single incandescent dimmer - since the LED light is a low voltage light, they didn't dim equally. A low voltage dimmer was needed to replace the previous dimmer, and the incandescent puck lights were replaced with LED puck lights, to make our family room lights dim as we'd planned. Kevin was diligent and creative in his approach to mounting the new LED puck lights, as we didn't want to re-cut the openings. All of our lights are now working AND dimming perfectly, and the new LED puck lights look terrific. We couldn't be happier. Kevin did an amazing job. While this refit cost more than we'd budgeted, the charge was fair, and we are assured the work was performed correctly.

Rein Electric, Inc., did a good job. I didn't have any issues with scheduling and getting them to come out. He charged me extra on top of the Big Deal. I already had the fan, the Big Deal was just for the installation. I felt they misrepresented themselves with the deal. When they just charge you on top of the deal, it doesn't make sense to buy the deal if they charge me over that. I can't remember the reason but it was some excuse I didn't believe, like something with the wiring, therefore he had to charge me extra. It was kind of nonsense.

It went very well. I met Chris at my home to an estimate. He was polite, punctual and we plan on using them when we receive the estimate.

Everything went exactly as planned relative to them showing up on time and performing the service with 2 small exceptions. I'll get to them in a minute. They were respectful of our family and our property and cleaned up aftyer themselves. The quality of the installations was excellent. The only 2 things that were not quite what I had asked for were the locations of 2 outlets. One in the garage was not right beside a landscape box I had indicated thus requiring my wire to hang in front of hanging tools. On the box on the outside of the garage, it was agreed that the box would be installed into the brick as done elsewhere on the house, however it was installed on the surface of the brick. A bit unsightly, but I did not call to complain. Nonetheless, I would recommend them and would use them again.

All went very well. I called about 5 electricians and only Rein called me back--and called in about 2 hours. We played phone tag but Rochelle called me on Saturday and booked the early am (7am to 8am) window appointment. Paul, the electrician, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. He even set the timer for me, looking up or latitude and longitude on his phone so the lights would go on at dusk and off at dawn. I would definitely use them again.

I purchased 2 coupons last week and made an appointment. When I called to schedule an appointment I was sent to voicemail, but someone called me back before the end of the day and I didn't really have a problem scheduling. I remember them saying that they would be at my place between 9am and 10am on the day of the appointment, but they actually came around 10:30am. But someone called me that morning to tell me when the electrician would be there so I didn't really mind. The electrician was kind, did not make a mess, explained what he was doing, and completed the work satisfactorily. Some additional wires had to be connected and I was concerned I was going to have to pay more, but they did not charge me extra so I was pleased with that. I've seen deals on Angie's List for ceiling fan installation for less than I paid, but overall I am very pleased.

Rein Electric is by far the most professional company we know of. They are meticulous with their work, they are professionals in every respect and they perform their work in a manner that leave no room for disappointment. In my view, the carried out some of their work like artisans with such degree of attention to detail that is uncommon in such fields. We were so extremely happy with the rests when they were finished. We would be happy to call them back in a heartbeat for any new work. We recommend this company unequivocally. The best in their field.
