I had an excellent experience with Rein Electric. Anthony was quick to respond to my inquiry, answer all my questions and schedule an appointment. The tech, Kelly, arrived on time and got right to work. He was kind and courteous; he explained things to me that needed explaining and offered helpful insight and suggestions. I would 100% use Rein Electric again and would definitely recommend! Finding companies like Rein Electric is why I am an Angie's List member.

This repair went very well. I am pleased. They were timely, polite and very considerate. They even cared to take precautions not to damage the plants in my garden where they were working. They thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. Kelly and Voitec (hope I spelled correctly) were great. And Anthony was polite and responsive when he came out to give the estimate. I will definitely use this company again for any needed repairs and intend to include them in future planned remodel.

It's my 2nd time using them. Everything went great, They very quickly provided a quote, showed up on time, and quality of work was good. Highly recommend.

I contacted there office via email for a quote. Their office manager got right back to me with a scheduled time for Anthony to come out and look at this job. He walked around and looked at the house; we talked about the best way to handle some of the problems and he said he would get back to me the next day with a quote. That evening I received an email with an electronic version of their quote. It was not the least expensive but very fair and I really felt they understood what I wanted. I did have one question about the quote; I sent an email and received a response in less than 15 minutes. I put down a deposit and got an email the next day asking me if they could schedule me for the install date and if they could come first thing in the morning. I responded and she emailed back to confirm. The job took them two days; they were on time, they were polite, they were professional and kind to my son. The work they did was excellent. They cleaned up the site. They explained what they did to me. I couldn't have asked for any more from this company. No one really wants electrical problems but I feel 1000% better knowing that I can call them to come out and help if needed. This is what an ideal Angie's List experience looks like!

Rein was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely use them again and our considering getting a quote from them for outdoor lighting.

Everything turned out well. They showed on time, did the work as promised, and cleaned up after themselves. Furthermore, the fan is still working just fine several years later.

Paul arrived on time in the agreed to 2 hour time window. Paul was professional and courteous, as usual. Installed an electrical outlet next the circuit breaker panel. Also troubleshot a ceiling fan that stopped working. Diagnosed that the circuitry of the fan went bad and we need to order a new fan.

After reviewing all the positive reviews of Rein Electric I contacted them for a quote. The owner, Anthony, responded quickly and came to my house to look at the job. Within a couple days I receive the quote which I agreed to. The work was done within about 10 days (only a brief delay because it was raining and all the work was outdoors). The electrician (Kelly), owner (Anthony) and office person (Rochelle) were all wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Rein electric and plan to use them for future work.

Rein Electric is great!! I called to have them come out and give me an estimate on installation of a chandelier in my main stairwell. Kelly showed up right on time (early morning appointment too) and was extremely friendly. After looking at the area, he gave me a quote and said he could install it now! The price was just what I was expecting and the work was done quickly. Highly recommended overall and Kelly was fantastic!

Found a less expensive "A" rated electrician on Angie's List

Anthony (owner) of Rein Electric was a pleasure to work with. He understood the vision for the work I was trying to achieve and he was very clear in explaining limitations if any that would occur in the scope due to obstructions, location, etc. You can tell that they took pride in their work. Locations of switches and conduit runs were well thought out and the crew was able to answer any questions I had during the job. Best of all, Anthony knew how important it was for me to get all this work done in one day on a Saturday and he made sure that there was enough manpower to get it all done. I appreciate his follow up a day or so later to see how the job went from my point of view. I look forward to using them again in the future.

Rein was able to take the job on short-notice after a different contractor left me high and dry just days before the job was supposed to start. Roofing crew had the outside decking open, so the window of opportunity to do the electrical work was immediate. Price was a bit high, but not objectionable, and the quality of work was impeccable. Crew very knowledgable, courteous, professional, and worked well with other contractors on-site. Crew stayed well after dinner-time to insure the job was 100% done and done right. Very happy with the end-product they put together. Site clean-up was pretty good (a few missed bits and what not, but a vacuum took care of that). Office communication was decent...though no one called to tell me the crew was going to be 3 hours late to the job due to storms the night before causing urgent service calls to them. Communication with crew was excellent and continuous while on-site. Certainly would recommend this provider, and use them again in the near future.

Called another AL electrician located in Chicago,who I will not name ,who couldn't come on Saturday. I was in a hurry to have the switch repaired because the light is over my kitchen table.Electrician number one gave me a boat load of reasons as to why he couldn't or shouldn't come. He even went so far as to say that Casablanca should come out to fix the fan as it might be the computer in the fan, or perhaps the conduit was bad, blah, blah, blah. I emailed Rein, they answered right away and scheduled my appointment without a problem. Kevin was prompt, professional and a nice guy. He gave me a couple of repair options and when he didn't have the correct switch he went out and got one. All around great, professional service. I highly recommend Rein Electric.

The electrician from Rein, Kelly, was prompt, kind, and efficient. He was not able to install a ceiling fan on the eletrical box in the ceiling of my kitchen, but he was clear about the reasons and my alternatives. He gave me a written estimate for several other options without any hard sell. Rein's office staff also provided friendly, efficient service. In spite of not being able to install a fan, I was very happy with Rein. I would both use them in the future and recommend to others.

Paul arrived at scheduled time with a friendly greeting ( he's done other repair work for us). Put on his shoe protectors, attentively listened to my description of the problem. In less than 10 minutes the job was satisfactorily completed, the Angie's List discount was applied to the bill. We engaged in some small talk while the check/ paperwork were being completed. Only downside- Rein Electric is so busy that I had to schedule this appointment 8 working days prior. As usual, it was worth the wait to have the job done correctly by someone who likes what they do.

They came out an installed the whole house surge protector. The person was on-time, polite and did his work well.

Rein is very good. He was the most reasonable and he had good ideas. His estimate was a little higher than I wanted, so I called him back and made a deal with him and he took it. I will use him in the future.

The electrician arrived on time and performed the work to make the light in the shower GFI. I appreciated that he called the village inspector before he started the work to verify that what he was planning to do would satisfy village code. The electrician was pleasant and efficient. The village inspector came back yesterday and the shower light passed inspection. I will use Rein Electric in the future.

The service was fine. They were quick. The work they did turned out okay. The interaction with the provider was fine. I didn't have any issues with the work.

They were very punctual and fast. They were also very clean and the work was good. There was one person here doing the work and scheduling went just fine. I had asked them to quote me other work I wanted done and they never got back to me.

Fantastic! Paul and Tomas arrived right on time and were done in less than four hours. They brought lots of drop cloths and were very careful about cleanliness and moving furniture. They even inserted drywall pieces where the fixtures had been, so that it will be easy for me to repair the areas. Very professional and friendly. Also, Anthony Rein, the president, came out to do the estimate in person. He talked me out of doing work that was not necessary. He provided his opinion about needs for the size of room, and said he would have them come back to do more work if I didn't like the results after a few days. Rochelle, from the office, also was helpful and extremely prompt. Definitely a good company to work with.

Paul did excellent work! He came on time and was extremely professional. We needed sconces installed on both sides of our bed. We also wanted dimmer switches installed as well as a dimmer switch installed by the bedroom door. He gave excellent advice about the placement of the new dimmer switches as well as advice on the type of switch we should get. He came to install the sconces and switches but, unfortunately, the dimmer switches he ordered for us had not yet arrived so he installed temporary ones. He installed both sconces and switches with minimal damage to the drywall. And, as soon as the dimmer switches came in, he came and installed them. The switch by the bedroom door was replated so that it looks like it had always been there. It's the extra little touches that make for great service. And, we didn't need a drywaller to come in after him. He did a beautiful job. We could not be happier!

We had them install cans in our living room. They recommended a custom layout so we went with their recommendation. It didn't work out to our liking but they came and fixed it to the way we wanted at no additional charge. They cleaned up, were informative and made sure we were satisfied. We are happy with our lighting.

It turned out okay. There was just one minor glitch, the original appointment we made, we were supposed to be getting a surge protector as part of their special and when they showed up, they didn't have the right equipment so they came back about a week later and it was a little more expensive because it ended up being two surge protectors. Other than that, the guys were good. They were in and out quick. They did what I asked them to do. It wasn't outrageously expensive. I was a little disappointed with the extra charge and the week it took, but that's okay.
