+ -1 moreThanks to PS Custom Homes the kitchen, family room, powder room, front door and mud room of our outdated home were transformed into our beautiful home - exceeding even our original expectations. Mark Potesta is personally to credit for this transformation due to his experience, dedication and attention to detail. He is a pleasure to work with and made an ordeal that we dreaded a very pleasurable experience. Mark is very honest and trustworthy and he has talented subcontractors working for him as well. He is always thinking ahead to the next step to keep the project moving forward. He stayed actively involved until every last detail was completed to our satisfaction. He is our choice for all of our future renovation projects.
Description of Work: Our project included the complete demolition and renovation of the daily living space of our thirty year home. The kitchen was completely demolished, new floor installed, electrical completely redone including installation of can lighting, custom cabinet and appliance installation, custom backsplash, handcrafted and faux painted hood with granite countertops. The wall between our kitchen and family room was demolished and a custom bar-height peninsula was installed with a decorative built-in and custom arch with lighting. The family room bar was demolished and redone with custom cabinetry and tile. The outdated stone fireplace was demolished with a custom designed tile and granite design with a custom carpentry mantle faux painted and surrounding custom built-ins. New surround sound system in three zones. Updating also completed in conversation room, laundry room and storage closet. New custom designed front door with beveled glass surrounding windows. Replacement of basement interior doors and several other projects throughout the home.
