Our companies image is very important to us, we were certainly surprised with the price rating given by the new potential customer and how our company was rated. We were given detailed drawings with specific designs and details to provide pricing for the Master Bathroom project. After providing the original proposal cost of $33,665.00, we were informed the customers budget was much lower? (Not sure where the stated price of $40,000.00 came from?) We were asked to review the original design and provide another proposal to help meet the customers budget by eliminating some details to lower the project costs. The arched ceiling and arched glass wall opening in the shower area was identified as possible cost savings if changed to a flat ceiling with rectangular glass wall opening, other minor detail changes were also offered to help meet the customers budget. We gladly tried to help meet the customers unknown budget, our revised proposal was lowered by several thousand dollars, the revised Master Bathroom renovation proposal amount was $29,970.00. We have not been contacted by the customer or their representatives since the revised proposal was submitted. We strive to provide the best possible pricing and customer service on all of our projects. Our company is fully insured, licensed and bonded, therefore we are able to obtain building permits in any of the cities / villages we have the opportunity to work in. It is possible some home owners do not realize the cost of operating a legitimate construction business?

We've used Bryan and his team for various projects over the years, including kitchen and bath remodels and misc. smaller projects. With those projects and this most recent addition, Bryan, his son Chris, and the rest of his team have been a pleasure to work with. Very professional. He's been up front about costs, and (apart from weather-related delays) has delivered consistently on time and on budget. He's very attentive to details, and is easy to work with, He takes responsibility for the work his subs do, and ensures the job is done right.
