Mr Sandless

They claim to be as good as re-sanding at half the price and it is done more quickly and we did not have to empty the house. Well, you get what you pay for. The floors looked ok and they moved the furniture back and forth while they did it (for a fee). My husband said that he did not notice any difference in the floors at all, after Mr. Sandless came. I did notice that they were shinier, but that was really it. THe biggest issue was that after they came, any time water was left more than a few minutes, a water mark was left. In comparison, the 1st floor unit was re-sanded and it looked so much better and is so much more durable. We paid about $600 more for that, but it was worth it. If I were to do it over again, I would not have used this process. There is no offence to Mr. Sandless, the people were fine, but the service it not worth the money. If you have an empty house or can move your furniture out, I would spend a little more and have it sanded properly.

I purchased my condo last september and had only a few days in which i could get carpets cleaned, wood floors refinished, whole place painted before movers came. Mr. Sandless arrived at my condo promptly at 8am, was finished by noon, and I was able to start moving in boxes and walking on it at 2pm that same day. i left cardboard on the floor that weekend for the movers so as not to damage the finish. It was amazing how beautiful the floors looked when they were done and there was absolutely no mess b/c they don't use sanders! Further, there were no harsh chemical smells or lengthy drying times. I highly recommend them.
