+ -1 moreGreat! Steve was professional and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. We will have him return to fix the problem upstairs after the holidays.
Description of Work: We had problems with the Internet connection on the main floor. (The cable comes in through the basement where the router is located.) Steve assessed the situation and made suggestions.

+ -1 moreWorked for about 2 1/2 hours to tear down my old system and install the new one. Initially the new computer would not start correctly. Had to review and modify the bios, which fixed the problem. Opened up Windows 10 and installed some programs so I could sign on to my google account and download all my google applications. Ssteve also set up the wireless connection between my router and a new printer. He was very efficient did in a few hours what might have taken me all day to do.
Description of Work: Installed and set up a new computer, wireless printer, keyboard and mouse.

+ -1 moreA diet coke was spilled on our laptop computer. I contacted Steve at Mobil Tech to see if the computer could be salvaged. He said it could not. He also said that there were also issues with the hard drive. But, he thought that he could recover all of the data. I bought a new computer. Steve set the computer up and loaded the MS Office software and a security software package. He, then, transferred all of the data from the old computer. When I got the new computer home, everything word perfectly. However, he said that if there were any problems I should call him and he would resolve them. Steve was great to work with. His price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him.
