They did a very good job. They were also very good with regards to professionalism and clean-up.

My husband and I decided to replace some windows to take advantage of the tax credits. We had someone from Pella come out and was not at all happy with the information or follow up with them. We then went to an Andersen Windows showroom and we were not impressed with the quality of the windows (although the employees were very helpful). I had seen previous positive feedback on Landmark Exteriors so we went to their showroom. They are there on Saturdays for those of us who work during the week. In the showroom in Libertyville we met Brian Long. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came to our house the following week and took measurements and gave an estimate. His estimate was actually very close to another estimate we received for Pella windows. A couple of things sealed the deal that we were going to use Landmark Exteriors. First, everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable and it was clear we could expect a high level of customer service. They did not disappoint in that department. They even were able to accomodate my request that the installation take place while my mother was visiting from NJ because I knew she would really enjoy watching the process. Brian, Jeff, Jerry, and Tony took great care of us.

I could not be more pleased. The experience started positively when we called for an estimate. The receptionist was terrific and called back to schedule the next day. The estimator, Paul came out and spent a lot of time going over options and answering questions. Delivered a complete detailed quote 2 days later. Their pricing was better than a competitive quote for the same product from another vendor. Reviewed the quote with Paul, made a few changes and received the revised quote the next day. I had a very good feeling about this company and placed the order. As questions arose each call was returned promptly. When the windows came in we scheduled the install at a convenient time. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and proceeded with the installation. They covered everything with drop cloths and plastic. The foreman supervised everything carefully and kept checking with my wife to make sure they were doing things the way she wanted. Paul, (the estimator and owner) stopped by several times the first day and again on the second and third day to check up. The job was completed in a timely manner, with great quality and attention to detail. The crew completely cleaned up the entire job, inside and outside the house and hauled away the old windows and garbage. This company and their people were 100% professional in every aspect of the job and I would wholeheartedly recommend them and use them again.

NICOLE IN THE OFFICE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB COORDINATING THE SALESMAN, THE ESTIMATOR AND THE INSTALLERS. STEVE HANDLED THE INITIAL VISIT AND CONTRACT WORK EXCELLENTLY. INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME, VERY EFFICIENT AND DID HIGH QUALITY OF WORK.
