Keith Coulter Drywall

I called Keith over Labor Day weekend on Sunday or Monday and left a message about the work I needed done. Keith called me first thing on Tuesday after the holiday weekend. He gave me a ballpark figure of the cost over the phone and I asked him to come over to see the work. He came over that afternoon and gave me a very fair price and started work right away with his employee Santos. He came back the next morning with Santos to do the finishing touches. I've installed drywall as a DIY guy so I have a decent idea of the process. My install job was in a garage and I did a less than average job. I knew I wanted a pro to take care of my home interior walls. Keith and Santos did fantastic work! I would use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

Very respectful and professional. Explained everything and provided options and feedback immediately. Kept the work space clean and neat. Took less time than expected, and was an overall positive experience.

We have used Keith and his team for a couple of different jobs. He has always been professional, fair and responsive.

Was very nice on the phone and came out the next day. I needed 10 square feet of kitchen ceiling redone due to water damage. Gave the quote of 600 dollars and said it would take about 7 or 8 hours over course of 2 days. It sounded pretty high to me and the guy I used came to the house three times and finished in probably 3-4 hours total for $300.

Keith and Santos helped me out on a Sunday in a pinch. Keith responded quickly and provided a fair estimate. It was the second time that I've worked with Keith and Santos, and they've been consistently great to work with. I would highly recommend.

Team showed up on time and did great work. Took two days but they were very flexible with my schedule.

Keith was great. He worked quickly, did a great job, and cleaned up the work site extremely well after he was done. He quoted a fair price, and did extra little things for no charge.

I contacted him via email and ended up sending him a couple pictures of the holes in our drywall. He responded back with a price and his availability. He was very easy to reach via email...I never had to call him. Two days later he came out and did the repair. He was here about 2.5 hours the first day, and less than a half hour the second day to sand. Both times he was here when he said he'd be here. He did the work along with his helper Santos. They were both very friendly (two of my kids were home at the time) and professional. They also put down runners and drop cloths to keep and debri/mess contained. Having had similar work done before (through a Home Warranty company) I know just how messy this kind of work can be, and they kept everything very tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and already have a very small project in mind which I will likely call them for.

Excellent. Had an accident. Called Keith. He came over within a few hours and got started. Came back in the morning and did the finish sanding. Excellent work. Super responsive. Great price.

This was an outstanding experience. Keith was quick to respond to my inquiry and provide a price for the job. He and Mike showed up on time and put down runners from the front door to the work areas, completely tarped the surrounding areas (two entire rooms), and got right to work. They worked carefully, efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. Santos did an excellent job of plastering over the patches making a seamless transition with the existing areas. All of the men were professional, pleasant, and there were no surprises. I recommend them without hesitation.

He was top notch. Accurate. On time. Little bit more expensive but he knew what he was doing.

They were fantastic and tremendous. I will highly recommend them. He cleaned up and the place was immaculate when he was done. Drywall can be messy but it was like nothing had been done. It was perfect.

Keith and Mike did an outstanding job. All I needed was drywall hung and a simple mud and tape job for our garage. Everything turned out great. They showed up when they said they would, got started right away, and swept and cleaned up when they were done. Even helped me move a couple things out of the garage beforehand and back in afterwards. I felt completely comfortable leaving the house open for them, while I was away. Wish I had more drywall work for them to do. Call them.

Mr. Coulter was on very professional and completely honest on the pricing and work. Always on time and called ahead to make sure eveything was a go. Outstanding work.

He was very good and very professional. He gave me a great quote. He was number 2 and if I hadn't used the other company, then I would have used him. He was a couple of dollars more than the company I used but I didn't make the decision purely on price.

Keith was very professional and responsive. I had called several contractors to get estimates and Keith was able to schedule an appointment first thing the next morning. He showed up early and provided a detailed quote and was able to start the day after. After receiving all of our quotes, we selected Keith because of his professionalism and his promptness. His quote was equal to two other contractors and was reasonable. Keith and his coworker started on Thursday morning, and worked on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday before Christmas. Each day they called and arrived on-time. The work was completed ahead of my expectations given the holidays. The first day the put up the bottom 2/3rds of the drywall; on the second day they put up the more difficult top portion of the wall around the trusses and pipes. On the third day they taped, and the fourth and fifth day they finished coating and sanding the walls to a level 5 finish. It was great working with a contractor who was on-time, reasonably priced, completed the project earlier than expected, and completed it to a high level of quality. I will be using Keith for future projects.

The job was done on time for the amount quoted. Keith was able to accomodate our schedule. He was very professional and took precautions to protect furniture and flooring. He and his helper cleaned up after themselves both inside the house and outside where they were working.

No problems and they wee out in two days.

The job went very smooth start to finish. His quote of the work was very competative and went according to schedule. Keith and his crew were always prompt, courteous and professional. They really seemed to enjoy working and as a result, it was fun to be around them while they did their thing.I would not hesitate to recommend Keith for drywall.

Work was high quality, and he took great care to protect our home, left it cleaner than he found it. Reasonable pricing, great communication, would use again!

After leaving a message for an estimate, Keith called me back right away. He also followed up several days later when I did not have a chance to call him back. He gave me a fair quote for the job. Keith was willing to rearrange his schedule to meet my need and came at 5pm as he promised and work few hours into the evening time. Keith did the job as exactly as promised. He also did some additional touch ups at my request. Keith and his crew Santos were pleasant to work with.
