Description of Work: Project description Two bathrooms remodeled in a 1960's home. One bathroom was a half bath, the other was a full bath. New tub, toilet, tile, sinks, countertops and electrical were part of project. Joe was prompt and thorough in his estimate, flexible as requirements were adjusted, and helpful in directing us through the remodel process. His timeline was realistic and the results were of high quality. While the project was being done, Joe was clear in his communication and responsive to questions. On a daily basis, the work area was kept neat and clean so the disruption to the rest of the household was minimized. We are pleased with the results from the project. Having worked with other Contractors on remodel projects, we would highly recommend Joe to others.

Description of Work: Put a large room addition on to the house, created a room in the basement underneath the new room and remodeled the hallways connecting the new room to the house. Also, they remodeled the bedrrooms that were adjacent to the new room. The work was extensive including digging a new foundation for the room and connecting the new foundation to the old foundation via a doorway cut into the old foundation. The existing bedrooms needed to be remodeled because the new family room blocked the existing windows in the bedrooms. The bedroom window had to be moved to an adjacent, outside wall whcih menat cutting a hole in the brick. The bedroom floors had the carpeting removed and the hardwood refinished. All the rooms were then painted. The hallway connecting the bedrooms to the new family room originally had carpeting. This was removed, a new sub-floor was installed and ceramic tile placed. The tiling consisted of a complex pattern utilizing different sizes, orientation and colors of tiles. The new room has a vaulted ceiling and hardwood floor. Electrical outlets were installed regularly around the room as well as ethernet and antenna drops. This room was intended to be a family room, so provisions were made for installing a flat panel monitor on the wall. They installed ports in the walls to pass all the home theater wiring. They also installed in-wall surround speakers and ran the wiring through the wall to the other side of the room. The basement room was completely finished, even adding built in shelving for an entertainment center.
