We like them a lot and they are fabulous. We would continue to use them in future.

Called on Weds and the earliest appt was monday morning (which was a little disappointing). However, Jason arrived promptly on time, and worked quickly to install the new sink, which went very smoothly. The hot water heater and the icemaker were both repaired very well, which fixed the cause of our leak. The best thing was the great attention to detail that could have been overlooked, and Jason was very kind and courteous while to both me and my wife, and custom-installed the sink to her desires, and even called to make sure the installation was up to code in our town. The only negatives were the bill was slightly high but fair for professionals, and I wished they could have gotten to the job a little earlier. All in all about 4 1/2 hrs of work for $575.

They were great. They gave me a good price and the plumber was very polite. He explained the issue very well. He worked the whole time and knew what he was doing. He figured a way to do it at a cheaper price.

They did a good job - it was a lot of work with a lot of parts. I thought the price was fair.

The staff is knowledgeable and hard-working. They are nice people and did the work every time they came out. They even put the sheets when they walked in the house.

Lee came out promptly at the time indicated and completed the work in 3 1/2 hours. He was knowledgeable, very professional, worked constantly until the job was finished, and cleaned up everything. After he left, we had some difficulty with one of the toilets that continued to run, and Lee came out the next day to replace the part he had installed. Everything works great now!

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again.

I called Arrow Plumbing. They arranged to come out at a time that was convenient for me. They arrived right on time and got to work. The two workers were extremely courteous and considerate of the carpeting and floors. They scoped out the problem quickly, had the equipment they needed, opened the drain (pulled some roots out of the main drain), and cleaned up. Total time: 1 hour and 45 minutes.

On time; preceded arrival with a telephone call. "Lee" was very polite and worked non-stop until job was successfully completed. Area involved was left as clean as when he arrived.

Excellent. Jason and Mark were extremely courteous. They took their shoes off in my house, and cleaned up after themselves meticulously. After they installed the hot water heater (and fixed a leaky faucet in the basement utility sink), I had the guys try to diagnose a strange leak I had. When the second floor bathroom faucet was on, it would leak all the way to the basement where there was a heater vent (no plumbing down there). It didn't take them long to figure out that our old copper pipes had disintegrated and we had a leak down a wall into the heating vent. They took out the portion of damaged pipe and replaced it with PVC. I thought it was going to cost me a ton to figure out what the problem was, but they did it for only about $250, with minimal disruption to my walls/ceiling. The rest of the cost was for my 60 gallon high recovery hot water heater.

My sump pump and my emergency sump pump both failed at 9:30 pm on a day when we had 4 inches of rain and my husband was out of town. I tried to get things working on my own and I could not. I called Arrow in a panic and Karen was very calming and sent someone right away. Lee showed up 20 minutes later. He was very friendly, did not mind my being there watching him and chatted while he worked. He took in stride the fact that there is only about an eight-inch clearance to get back to the corner where the sump pump is. He fixed things quickly (about an hour) - turned out my main sump pump was bad and the backup battery was dead. He told me to go to a hardware store and get a replacement battery because it would cost much more to buy it from him. He also offered to walk me through installing the battery over the phone if I needed it (wasn't necessary, but much appreciated). He also gave me the referral to a water extraction company. I did not feel the price was bad especially given that it was an emergency late night call.

Arrow was very professional on the phone, setting the appointment and explaining their fees. Bruce arrived on time and was also professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to make the repair within a reasonable amount of time. In addition, I actually called Arrow a couple of days ago on unrelated matter and used their after-hours paging service. I received a call back within 30 minutes, and it turned out I did not need to have them come out. They were very helpful nonetheless. Great service.

My husband had tried to replace the tub drain in our bathrooms (the stopper of both had been broken off so they were unusable as tubs). After purchasing a tub wrench, he managed to get it out, but when he went to install the new one, it didn't fit. After calling a hardware store, they told us to call a specialty store. Assuming we needed a plumber, I hired Arrow. They came out that day and proceeded to spend one and a half hours attempting the same thing my husband had. Their final consensus was that the builder in 1977 had used some size that was no longer available and I was out of luck, I either needed to get a new tub or cut a hole in my floor and replace the entire drain system. The actual work they performed was to put $7 worth or sealant around it and tell me to buy a $2 flat tub drain at the store. It seems like they should have been able to make that assessment a lot sooner for much cheaper. Very unhappy.

It was fine. They were on time, they cleaned up their mess, I didn't have any problems. I would recommend them and use them again in the future. I have used them again to install a new sink in my kitchen, I feel like they are a little pricey but it's not too bad.

It went very well. We found the pump to be out in the morning and he was able to come that same day. They was very reasonable with their prices and they really seemed to know what they were doing. We plan on using them in the future.

They did excellent work and were professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jason came out and was very courteous and professional. The bathtub faucet required a new cartridge. He did not have it in his van but had one ordered from the supply house and delivered a couple hours later to the house.

The work was done promptly and efficiently. I would definitely use Arrow Plumbing again!

They will do the job right the first time, but you pay for it. I love that they cover their feet before coming in!

It took him about three hours to finally get the drain unclogged, but he did eventually get it. It has been great now and we have not had any additional problems with the drain. He was very polite and I would say he did a good job.

They repaired everything in a timely manner as soon as I needed them to come out. I was impressed by their quick response in an emergency situation. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
