Description of Work: I've used Arrow Plumbing in the past and I chose to use them this time to install a new water heater. I was able to schedule a service call within 2 days and the service man was prompt and courteous. I recommend Arrow Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I was given good advice about the relative urgency of several plumbing issues. Two of the problems were promptly addressed and the remaining will be attended in the future.

Description of Work: One of our bathrooms was in need of a new cartridge. Not only was it replaced; we were given useful information about the handle/shower that other plumbers did not share with us. The kitchen sink had had a new cartridge installed by a different company; but we had issues with the flow/pressure of water. We learned that the wrong type of filter had been installed in the faucet; upon placing the correct size/type, the flow/pressure is so much better. Jack, was not only very professional, but very user friendly. We would highly recommend Arrow Plumbing and we would use them again.

Description of Work: Replace seals in 2 toilet tanks

Description of Work: I was having problems with my garbage disposal and thought it needed to be replaced. The gentleman was able to come the very afternoon I called and pointed out the pipes were going up instead of down leading to the sluggishness I was having, he corrected the problem and since then I have been problem free.

Description of Work: We called and e-mailed and did not receive any contact from them at all. Extremely disappointing from a company so highly rated on Angie's List.

Description of Work: We purchased a new construction home, and had a warranty. After moving in, we discovered that our master shower only came out scorching hot, so we called the warranty company. They referred us to another plumber, who initially said it was the mixer cartridge. After waiting 3 weeks, they finally returned with the part, but then said it was not the cartridge, but the valve, and that we would have to pay $550 out of pocket for the repair. We decided to get a second opinion and called Arrow. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem as a temperature valve that was installed upside down. They fixed it in 1 hour for $188, and also repaired a leak in a PVC pipe in the basement and turned on the valve for a pot filler in the basement. They are honest, prompt, and I will definitely use them again.
