We are committed to reducing or eliminating the use of pesticides while providing permanent solutions to pest problems. Services we offer

At Anderson, we believe that it’s best to apply natural solutions to natural problems. Rather than indiscriminately spraying your home or business with chemicals, we focus on prevention. We seal cracks and crevices. We inspect the exterior of your building to identify potential pest access and recommend the steps necessary to effectively correct the problem. Whenever possible, we install and maintain non-chemical monitors/traps that allow us to determine the source of your pest issue.

Description of Work: Sprayed corners and trim work inside house. Sprayed outside on deck, patio and areas infested in yard. Placed multiple traps for mice in the basement. Also sprayed basement areas. |Frank was very responsive to my concerns and listened carefully to my concerns. He crawled into crawl spaces and dug into areas of insulation. I felt very comfortable with his work ethic and efforts to answer my needs. I wish to utilize his service in the future. Felt satisfied with time and effort placed during the initial visit. Wished office had called as promised with a follow up phone call for need and satisfaction of pest control.

Description of Work: Great service & technician. Will come any time (free of charge) in between quarterly appointments. I hired to get rid of mice problem in the attic, and they worked diligently to find the source of the problem/entry. Highly recommend.

They wouldn't even show up until I had prepaid for the call with a credit card charge of $185, which I thought was excessive, not to mention the fact that they knew nothing about my house. The serviceman was professional and he did show up on time after a rain delay. The ants went away for a week or so until we had several more rains. Since then, they have come back, so I am not sure the price was worth it. Big push for quarterly calls with only a small discount. Since the spray lasted less than a month, this does not seem to be effective, although we did not have him spray inside the house because of our pets. I have no basis of comparison since I have not used another pest control service, but the charge does seem to be excessive.
Description of Work: Sprayed for ants around the perimeter of the house for the standard fee of $185.

For the safety of our co-workers we opted to incur credit card fees for processing payments rather than carrying cash and checks in our service vehicles. We apologize for the inconvenience it may have caused you and hope to serve you in the future. With your service was a 60 day warranty; this warranty helps ensure the elimination of your pest issues in that time frame. Again, we do apologize for the confusion, but we are happy that we were able to solve your ant and yellow jacket issues. They came out the next day after we called and they did a great job - all of the wasps are dead.
