Alex from Woodridge Enterprises came by and solved the problem. Removing the railings and rotted wood, replacing all of the wood and cooper on the roof, angling the roof downward to prevent future water leakage. Where other contractors failed, Alex was able to completely solve my roof problem.
Description of Work: We've had issues with our flat roof for 7 years and several contractors have come by and were unable to solve the problem. Water came through the roof into one of the 1st floor rooms causing ceiling damage.

The worst professionalism I have ever encountered.
Description of Work: We had Woodridge tear off 2 roofs and put a new flat and cedar shake roof on a GREAT expense ($40,000). The roof started leaking immediately. It would take months for them to respond to phone calls and only would come out after threats of lawsuits. They came out to make repairs a few times (putting less than 1 hour of work in each time), none of which stopped the leaking. They are incredibly unprofessional. We now have to replace our 12 year old roof which should have lasted for many more years. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We bought a house and the fireplace cleaner told us that we needed a cricket for our chimney because our chimney was over a certain width, I think 30 inches. This would stop the snow from accumulating and damaging the chimney, especially since the house was built with dryvit. I called around to get an estimate for the cricket and one of the roofer noticed that we had several buckles that needed to be fixed. Since the exterior of our house is dryvit, all the quote came in for the cost of the cricket but we needed to contract with the dryvit company to come out and seal it up so that the water doesn't penetrate into the dryvit. This was going to add to the cost of installing the cricket. Raul, the owner, came out and told me that I can certainly have it done that way and call the dryvit company out to seal. He also said that he thinks there is another way of doing it, without touching the dryvit and therefore bypassing that cost. He explained to me how he would do it and it would not involve the dryvit itself. I kept asking him if he was sure that his proposal would work. He assured me that he has worked with dryvit before and knows the issues involved. Carrie, my real estate agent, recommended Raul so I was confident of his work. He also gave me a quote for the buckles. During one of the recent rainstorm, my painter noticed a leak going into our kitchen. I called Woodridge Roofing. Raul was on vacation so his son Alex came out. Alex found some shingles weren't nailed down correctly and did the job. When Raul came back from vacation, he mailed me the estimate for the buckles and cricket and he got the job done in a day. He walked me around the house so that I could see how the cricket was set up.
Description of Work: We needed a cricket by the chimney to prevent a buildup of water trapped by the chimney. There were buckles on our roof that needed to be fixed.
