Sebastian was great he was timely, professional and explained everything he did step by step. He even took before and after pictures. I would recommend him and I will be using him again in the future. Very reasonable for work he did he cleaned up very well He called me a few days later to follow up to make sure I was happy with the service Thank you awesome job

Sebastian was very good at communicating with the tenant. Job was finished in one day. Job was good and the clean-up was perfect - you couldn't even tell any work had been done.

Sebastion is a first class gentlemen and a top notch worker. He showed up timely and was 100 percent honest on what my roof needed now, plugged the satellite screw holes, and gave me roof preventive advice. He is very fair in pricing and again top roof pro. I would recommend to all.

Signature Roofing did a great job. As I gathered many quotes from roofing companies, Sebastian was quick to respond and gave a reasonable quote via email. He even followed up to make sure that I had received the quote and ask if I had any follow up questions. Before proceeding with the installation, I had a few questions about the shingles and he was kind enough to stop by an additional time to confirm which material we were going to go with, even leaving a few samples. Day of installation, he and his crew came right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Sebastian stopped to explain a few of the things that they were doing and made sure I was happy with their work as they proceeded. The crew did a great job cleaning up and Sebastian did a walk around with me one more time to again, make sure I was happy with the quality of work. His prices were reasonable and work was great, I'm very happy with my new roof!

They were very flexible with my work schedule, were prompt, friendly, courteous and very affordable. They were especially patient when my know-it-all neighbor came over and was trying to tell them what he thought they were doing wrong. I have received many compliments on the job they did and I would definitely recommend them to others looking for roof work.

The provider estimated it would take about a ten hour day to complete the job. His crew started at 7:00 am and completed the job at 7:30 pm. The work was done as described in the contract in fact, they went further by building a saddle in front of the two chimneys. This was not part of the job, but when I asked about it, the provider had his crew do what I wanted. Note, there was no additional charge for this additional work. The owner stayed with his crew through the total job. Note, Signature Roofing was not the cheapest bit for the work, but he was recommended by a friend. I was totally satisfied with everything that they did and would not have a problem recommend them to anyone.

Compared several roofing companies on angieslist..Signiture roofing was lowest bid. Work was highest quality. Tried hard to please. Completely satisfied.

Signature Roofing and Construction was replacing roof in my neighbor house and after i saw they job I ask them foe estimate. The price was much lower then from other contractor and they offered great product and warranty. They schedule the date they show up at 7am tear off old roof and gutters replace some damage decking boards. They install 6 feet ice and water shield protection (my overhang is 24inch) new soil pipes flashing new chimney flashing. Roof was done after 3pm clean up was great I didn't find any nails. Next day two guys come in the morning with gutter machine they fabricate gutter on the spot and install them in less then four hours. Job was done. I was pleased with work they did and hire them to do roof gutters and windows capping on my apartment building. I recommend Sebastian (owner of the company) to my daughter they did excellent job they improve ventilation install new gutters soffit and fascia and some siding on the back porch. Looks like her neighbor like the job they did because he hire them for his roof....... So far we had two very bad winters and we don't have any problems with roof or gutters. A+ I recommend Signature Roofing and Construction to everyone and I would use them in the future.

Sebastian and his crew were punctual and worked very long full days. They were extremely efficient and professional and would recommend them to friends and family.

Sebastian was very accessible by phone, email and in person. His bid was very fair and measurements accurate. He inspected the entire area from above to make his proposal. His installers were, efficient, quick and polite. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Overall, very professional in both interactions and work. Work was extremely good and so was the clean up. My house is the nicest looking house on the block now. I will definitely be using their services in the future and would recommend him to anyone I know.

Having a new roof put on is not an experience that most people look forward to, but having Signature Roofing and Construction install our roof was the best decision we could have made. My partner and I have been putting the roof replacement project on hold for the past few months since the estimates from other roofers were beyond our budget. Within days the roof was up and beautiful-the crew worked quickly so as not to be instructive on our life.
